A Ranged Support providing healing and utility as she spends her Mana.
Once a handmaiden of Queen Azshara, Vashj and the Naga were cast deep into the sea by the Great Sundering. From there, she joined Illidan, rallying many to his following.
Tips:
-Due to her Trait, try to save Vashj's Mana for when you or an ally are in a pinch. If you run out of Mana in the middle of a fight, it could cost you or your allies lives.
-Forked Lightning isn't too strong, but it can spread some damage around Minion waves and team fights. It makes for a great burst of healing to allies!
-Frost Arrows can give you a steady stream of healing and a decent amount of crowd control. Use it on fleeing enemies to secure kills or to cover your escape by firing as you run.
-Liquid Shield is a good way to save allies from Basic Attacking Assassins. Be careful against enemies with fast Attack Speeds as they can drain your Mana quickly!
-Choose Tempest as strong area denial. Tossing enemies away from an objective or out of your way can allow you to break down their defenses easily!
-Choose Static Storm to improve your team fighting potential. While expensive to maintain, the Storm can give you just enough CC and damage to take the edge in a fight!

Vashj imbues her Basic Attacks with ice magic, dealing an additional 40 (+4%) Spell damage and slowing enemies by 5% for 4 seconds, up to 25%. Additional attacks refresh the duration. Can be toggled.

Cooldown: 3 seconds
Vashj surrounds an ally in water, giving them 30 Physical Armor, reducing damage they take from Basic Attacks by 30%. Each attack against the shield drains 10 Mana. Recast to remove the shield.

Summon a tornado at a location, knocking enemies caught in it far away after 2 seconds. Enemies take 234 (+4%) damage upon landing again.

Cooldown: 20 seconds
Summon a lightning storm at a location, attack enemies in the area every 2 seconds for 148 (+4%) damage and stunning them for .5 seconds. Recast to cancel the storm and start the cooldown.

Slither
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Instead of Mounting, Lady Vashj can slither around, breaking free from roots and slows and gaining 20% Movement Speed for 6 seconds. She also evades Basic Attacks for 2 seconds.
Level 1 Talents
Trident of Storms (Q):Quest: Every time Forked Lightning hits a Hero, increase its damage by 4, up to 80. Reward: After hitting 20 Heroes, increase Forked Lightning's length and width by 20%.
Friendly Tides (D): Increase the radius of both Tide Pools by 25%.
Conjurer's Pursuit (Passive):Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes increases your Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 2.5 per second. Reward: After gathering 25 Globes, also increase your maximum Mana by 100.
Level 4 Talents
Frost Volley (W): After casting Forked Lightning, the next attack with Frost Arrows will hit each enemy hit by the previous Forked Lightning. Each arrow fired costs Mana and slows as normal.
Ethereal Shield (E): Liquid Shield provides 15 Spell Armor, reducing Ability damage taken by 15%.
Serpent's Speed (Z): Reduce the cooldown of Slither by 10 seconds and it increases Movement Speed by 40%, fading to 20% over 3 seconds.
Level 7 Talents
Deep Shock (Q): Forked Lightning stuns Heroic enemies for .5 seconds.
Bitter Chill (W): Frost Arrows slow by 8%, stacking up to 40%.
Go with the Flow (D): Allies gain 15% Movement Speed in Tide Pools and for 2 seconds after leaving.
Cleanse (Active):Cooldown: 60 seconds
Activate to make target ally Unstoppable for 1 second. Cannot be cast on yourself.
