Predatory Instincts
Hitting an enemy Hero with Queen's Bite increases the healing from Basic Attacks against the target to
50% for
2.5 seconds. Basic Attacks against the target refresh the duration.
Passive: Increase Attack Speed by
20%.
Mistress of Pain
Every
4th time Blood Pact deals damage to a linked enemy Hero, its cooldown is reduced by
0.5 seconds and Lana'thel gains
50 Physical Armor against the next Heroic Basic Attack. Stacks up to
4 times.
Notes:
- The effect is triggered independently on each linked Hero; normal behavior would grant 2 stacks every 2 seconds
Rending Gust
Hitting an enemy Hero with Crimson Winds deals an additional
60 damage over
6 seconds, stacking up to
3 times. Dealing damage to the target from any other source consumes the effect, healing Lana'thel for
3% of her maximum Health per stack.
Notes:
- All stacks on the target are consumed at once
- The heal is not triggered on expiration of the damage-over-time effect
Level 4
Blood Trail
Enemy Heroes damaged by Queen's Bite lose
10 Armor and leave behind a blood trail for
3.5 seconds, increasing Lana'thel's Movement Speed by
30% for
2 seconds whenever she touches it.
Radius: 0.75
Notes:
- The trail behaves in the same way as Stitches's Putrid Bile ultimate
Curse of Frailty
Crimson Winds deals
30% more damage to Heroes affected by Blood Pact and pushes them
50% further.
Crippling Gale
Damaging the same enemy Hero with Crimson Winds
2 times in a single cast Stuns them for
0.75 seconds and increases the damage and range of Lana'thel's next Basic Attack by
75%.
Notes:
- The damage bonus does not stack, but it can be triggered again on an other target from the same cast after being consumed
Level 7
Death's Veil
Curse of the San'layn grants
1 Spell Armor for every
2.5% of Health missing, up to a maximum of
30. Whenever Lana'thel's Health drops under
25%, she gains
40 Armor for
4 seconds. This can happen once every
30 seconds.
Notes:
- Death's Veil ignores any other effects that affect Curse of the San'layn.
- The Armor bonus overwrites the Spell Armor bonus for its duration
Queen's Gift
Using Queen' Bite on an allied Hero causes its cooldown to recharge
100% faster for
6 seconds. Increase the duration of Essence of the Blood Queen by
3 seconds and grant
60% of Blood Pact's healing to affected allied Heroes.
Power Drain
Heroes affected by Blood Pact deal
15% less damage and heal Lana'thel for
15% of the damage dealt by their Basic Attacks. Overhealing from Power Drain is turned into a Shield for
5 seconds.
Notes:
- The Shields stack, but their duration cannot be refreshed; each instance of overhealing grants an independent Shield
Level 13
Undying Resolve
!Quest: Basic Attack enemy Heroes
12 times.
!Reward: Whenever Lana'thel' Health drops under
25%, she becomes Unstoppable for
2 seconds and gains
30% Basic Attack damage for
5 seconds. This resets the quest's progress.
Passive: Reduce the damage reduction of Curse of the San'layn to
0.45% per
1% of missing Health.
Death's Breath
Using Queen's Bite on a Hero grants Essence of the Blood Queen to Lana'thel. Hitting an enemy Hero with a Basic Attack or Queen's Bite reduces their healing received by
8% for
2 seconds, up to
40%.
Notes:
- The healing from the Queen's Gift talent does not affect Lana'thel
Shadow Weaving
Basic Attacks against Slowed Heroes deal an additional
25 Spell Damage, reduce the cooldown of Crimson Winds by
0.5 seconds, and stop any Slow decay.
Passive: Increase Basic Attack range by
100%.
Notes:
- Stops the decay of any decaying Slow, even those applied by other Units.
Level 16
Twin Fangs
Queen's Bite gains an additional charge, and its range is increased by
30%. Using Queen's Bite on an enemy Hero beyond its base range deals an additional
100 damage around the target after
1.5 seconds.

Impending Doom
Increase Blood Pact's link damage by
12.5% for every second it remains active, up to
50%. Upon reaching
50% increased damage, the linked Heroes instantly take damage equal to
9% of their maximum Health.
Crimson Storm
Crimson Winds sends a
3rd gust in a straight line. If all
3 gusts hit the same enemy Hero, Lana'thel gains
15 Spell Power for
14 seconds, stacking up to
2 times.
Notes:
- The 3rd gust has the same range
- The Spell Power bonus can be gained once per cast
Level 20
Essence Collector
Shiphoning Orb remains stationary for
4 seconds after reaching its destination, and then explodes an additional time.
Prey on the Weak
Vampiric Feast deals an additional
15% of the target's missing Health as damage when it ends, and its cooldown is reduced to
15 seconds if they die within
1.5 seconds.
Soulbound
Blood Pact's initial curse lasts indefinetly and cannot be escaped, but the link deals
50% less damage if activated after
8 seconds.
Unquenchable Thirst
Active
Cooldown: 50 seconds
Activate to reverse the damage reduction of Curse of the San'layn for
6 seconds.
