Larva.
Lartesh cannot deal damage while a Larva, but can support his team greatly while one. He also gains 80% more experience than other heroes, and can gain his heroic tier talents before his allys. But cannot go over 10 until they do.
Drone: Always have 30% movement speed.
Ravager: Gain +3 ability range.
Overlord: Be able to hover over terrain but lose 20% movespeed.
Ultralisk: Be able to cleave enemy's for 25% of basic attack damage.
Viper: Gain 15% increased move speed.
Primary Abilities

Primal Sense
Reveal nearby enemies in a medium circle around you. (Like Tassadar's Trait but slightly weaker.)
12 second cooldown.
Spine-plosion: Lartesh shoots spines in an arc in front of him, dealing 123 damage, deals 25% increased damage to non-heroes.
Putrid blast: After channeling for 0.6 seconds, Lartesh fires a ball of mucus in front of him. The blast can only target enemy heroes and deals 302 damage.
Scouter: Incease your vision radius by 500% percent. But be unable to move for 3 seconds. Enemy heroes can see your location for the duration.
Cleave: Deal 211 area damage around Lartesh, all enemy heroes hit gives back 4% health.
Regenerative saliva: Shoot a loogie on an ally, healing 285 over 3 seconds.

Rage of the Larva!
Give allied heroes 10% increased attack speed for 5 seconds. Additionally, Lartesh gains 60% increased movement speed for 5 seconds.
16 second cooldown.
Spine crawler: Summon a Spinecrawler at a short distance near Lartesh. The spinecrawler has 7.2 range and heals larry for 10% damage dealt. The Spinecrawler deals 127 damage per 1.11 seconds. The Spinecrawler lasts 9 seconds.
Burst shot: Shoot a wide blast of mucus that explodes for 280 damage if it hits an enemy hero. Will explode when at maximum range if no heroes are hit.
Corrosive shields: Shield an ally for 15% of their maximum health.
Aggressive dash: Dash in a line, all enemy's hit will be dealt 95 damage and knocked away a short distance from Lartesh.
Abduct: Shoot out your very long tongue in a straight line, pulling the first ally or enemy to your position. *Skill shot* (This ability can hit Minions or Mercenaries.)

Putrid Mark
Mark an enemy hero with a foul oder, making them lose 10 armor and be revealed for 5 seconds.
14 second cooldown.
Rebuild structure: Rebuild a structure after 9 seconds of channeling, the structure will lose 20% maximum health when rebuilt. Works on forts and keeps. This ability also rebuilds infested structures, but still reduces the maximum health. Rebuilt structures give 90% less experience.
Ravaging leap: Jump a medium distance. This ability can go over terrain.
Shield burst: give all nearby allied heroes a shield to 35% of their max health, but decays over 2 seconds. This ability can also affect Lartesh.
Ultralisk rage: Instantly heal for 20% of missing health and deal 186 damage to an enemy. Only heals if it hits an enemy.
Haste solution: Give an ally a 97 shield, the shield lasts until it is destroyed and gives the ally 15% increased attack speed.

Reinforcements! (Talent)
Level 7 talent.
Lartesh summons 4 Roaches near him. Each roach has 1225 health and attack every 1 second for 90 damage.
Roaches last for 10 seconds.
60 second cooldown.

Reveal all enemy heroes on that are alive for 4 seconds.
40 second cooldown.
Heroic Abilities

Drone.
Evolve into a drone and gain Specialist ability's. Using this ability on a allied structure to infest it, gaining 50% more health. Your death timer is always 15 seconds now.
1 second cooldown.
Quest: Infest all remaining forts or keeps.
Reward: Replace this ability with Hive. The core also becomes infested, and turns into a hive. The hive will spawn an additional ranged minion hydralisk which deals 100% extra damage than the usual ranged minion. Activating this ability instantly triggers the new minion wave without effecting the cooldown of it. Additionally, the hive deals 50% increased damage to non-heroes and takes 25% less damage by them.

Ravager.
Lartesh evolves into a Ravager, gaining Assassin ability's. You can activate this ability to instantly gain 20% increased spell power for three seconds, but lose 10% movement speed for 3 seconds.
40 second cooldown.

Overlord.
Lartesh evolves into an Overlord, gaining Support ability's. Lartesh can activate this ability to give allies a shield equal to 20% of his current health if they are in a close area around him.
30 second cooldown.

Ultralisk.
Lartesh evolves into an Ultralisk, gaining Bruiser abilitys. Activating this ability increases Lartesh's attack speed by 25%, and maximum health by 10%. Additionally, Lartesh basic attacks cleave for 25% of his basic attack damage to enemy's nearby.
40 second cooldown.

Viper.
Lartesh evolves into a Viper, gaining Healing ability's. Activating this ability gives an allied hero and Lartesh 725 healing over 12 seconds.
50 second cooldown.

Quick dash
Lartesh in any form becomes unstoppable, and dashes a small distance.
40 second cooldown.
Level 1 talents.
Aspect of the Overmind:[Q] Primal sense ability's are enhanced by 10%.
Aspect of the Queen of Blades:[W] Rage of the Larva ability's are enhanced by 10%.
Aspect of the Broodqueen:[E] Putrid mark ability's are enhanced by 10%
Level 4 talents.
Slowing attacks: Passive, Basic attacks slow enemy heroes for 20% for 3 seconds.
Empowering attacks. Passive, Basic attack damage is increased by 10% for 2 seconds. This can stack up to 40%.
Demoralizing attacks. Passive, Basic attack's reduce enemy heroes damage by 20% for 2 seconds.
Level 7 talents
Menace: [W] Rage of the Larva ability's slow enemys for 30% for 3 seconds. Additionally, Corrosive shields increase the movement speed of the allied hero by 30% for 5 seconds.
Diffrent solution: Passive, Non-damaging ability's grant Larry 20% movement speed for 5 seconds.
Reinforcements! Active, Summon 4 Roaches at a location near larry. Each roach have 1225 health and attack every 1.00 second for 90 damage, the roaches last for 10 seconds.
60 second cooldown.
Heroic tier
Drone: Evolve into a Drone to gain specialist ability's. Additionally, be able to infest allied structures and rebuild them.
Ravager: Evolve into a Ravager to gain assassin ability's.
Overlord: Evolve into an Overlord to gain support ability's. Additionally, lose 20% movement speed but be able to hover over terrain.
Ultralisk: Evolve into an Ultralisk to gain bruiser ability's. Additionally, basic attacks cleave for 25% damage to nearby enemy's.
Viper: Evolve into a Viper to gain healing ability's. Additionally, gain 15% increased movement speed.
Level 13 talents
Dasher: [Z] Quick dash's cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds for every basic attack done to an enemy hero.
Genetic strands: Minions now drop genetic strands, picking them up will heal Lartesh for 5% of his maximum health.
Quest, Collect 100 genetic strands.
Reward, Lartesh gains 10% more health.
Hero-slayer: Quest, Participate in a takedown for each unique.
Reward, Gain the Ultra sense ability. Using the ability reveals all enemy heroes for 4 seconds.
Level 16 talents
Overmind's foresight: [Q] Primal sense ability's are enhanced by 20%
Kerrigan's vengeance: [W] Wrath of the Larva ability's are enhanced by 20%
Zagara's fury: [E] Putrid Mark ability's are enhanced by 20%
Defensive gene: Passive, Non-damaging ability's give Larry 15 armor for 4 seconds.
Storm tier
Drone Advancement: [R1] Drone's death timer is reduced to 10, movement speed now to 40%, and allied infested forts and keeps deal 25% increased damage to non-heroes.
Ravager Advancement: [R2] Ravager gives 10% more spell power and the slow is removed. Additionally, the duration is increased by 100%.
Overlord Advancement: [R3] Larry evolves into an Overseer, removing the 20% less movement speed while gaining 20% more. Additionally, Larry can now detect stealthed enemy heroes withen his Vision radius.
Ultralisk Advancement: [R4] Ultralisk now gives Lartesh 25% more health, and gives 15 armor. Additionally, basic attack's cleave for 75% basic attack damage now.
Viper Advancement: [R5] Viper's movement speed is increased by 10%, healing done increased by 10%, and activating Viper now heals instantly.
Evolution Expert: Passive, You now gain all level 1, and level 16 talents.
Extreme Mitosis: Active, Split yourself into a clone that can be controlled on the second action bar. The clone only deals 25% damage, and only has 25% of Lartesh's health. The clone only gives 10% of a takedown experience, but can gain experience normally.
Like this, but there is one thing i'm not getting. If i am understanding this, when you choose your level 10 mutation you gain completely new abilities. If that's the case, how do you buff your larva abilities at level 16, do they go to the second bar? Is their something I'm not getting?
The Larvae ability are pretty much the place holders for the REAL q w and e. Though because each level 10 talent changes them, i kept 'em there so it gives the general idea of what ability will be buffed.
