Passive: Leah has been taught by Cain in the ways of medicine. Leah benefits from health orbs moreso than other heroes. She shares this benefit with her nearby allies, increasing the heal they receive from the orbs by 20%.

Active: Leah will throw a health potion to an ally, healing them for a small amount. Using this will put her passive effect on a 20 second cooldown.

Passive: Leah has been taught by Cain to identify weak points in enemies. She will exploit these weaknesses, increasing her damage against enemy heroes by 2% after landing a successful auto attack on them.

Active: Leah shares her knowledge with allies, marking the target and increasing damage they take and reducing damage they deal for 4 seconds. 45 second cooldown

Heal the target for an immediate amount, then additionally over time. Restores mana as well.

Leah throws a volatile poison at the target area, slowing all enemies hit for 3 seconds, blinding them and dealing light damage. Poison cloud will persist in area for 3 seconds. Moving out of the cloud will remove the blind portion of this ability.

Just being around Leah is enough to motivate her allies. Nearby allies are granted additional attack speed, movement speed and health regeneration.

Leah has learned much from accompanying Johanna. Leah will heal a friendly ally for a significant amount initially. The healed ally will then regenerate 25% of the heal over 4 seconds in addition.

Leah has learned the ways of Master Assassin Natalya. Leah throws a constructed trap at target area, invisible to enemies until it is too late. Enemies who trigger this trap are stunned for 3 seconds. Nearby enemies of the trigger point are disoriented for 1 second. This trap will persist for 4 seconds and enemies who remain in the trap's effect are slowed and trigger a fire nova explosion which pulses every second.

Instructed by Tyrael, Leah heals and shields all nearby allies. While shielded, allies will move faster and attack faster.

Leah uses the will of Azmodan to sap life from her target.
Passive: Every 3rd autoattack on the same target will heal Leah for 7% of her maximum HP.
Active: Leah marks an enemy target, causing all damage they take to heal Leah's nearby allies. 30 second cooldown.

Leah blasts a target enemy with cold energy. The primary target is frozen and damaged for 3 seconds and explodes, snaring all nearby enemy targets. Upon stun expiration, the target remains chilled to the bone, slowing their movement speed for 2 seconds.

Leah launches chain lightning at enemies, increasing with damage by every bounce. Each bounce increases the damage by 5%. Bounce prioritizes lower health enemies first.

Leah realizes her true purpose. She activates this ability to transform into a powerful Nephalem. All of her abilities are replaced with stronger support abilities. Once activated, this ability lasts until Leah is killed. Upon revival, Leah returns to her base form.

Leah's fate was determined years ago by her mother Adria. This ability destroys Leah and transforms her into the Prime Evil. All of her abilities are replaced and she forgoes her support role for a damage dealer. Once activated, this ability lasts until Leah is killed. Upon revival, Leah returns to her base form.

Depending on which Heroic ability chosen, Leah can teleport to a target location made visible by allies and minions.
