Lei Shen by ZESPUD

Level 1:
1. Brutal Accuracy
Quest: Hit enemy heroes with the initial damage of Crash of Thunder. Each hit increases its initial damage by 5.
Reward: After hitting 10 enemy heroes with Crash of Thunder, reduce its cooldown by 3 seconds and mana cost by 15.
Reward: After hitting 20 enemy heroes with Crash of Thunder, increase its radius by 25%.
2. As Quick as Lightning
Quest: Hit two or more heroes with one cast of Lightning's wrath. Each of these hits increases its damage by 10.
Reward: After hitting 10 enemy heroes twice with one cast of Lightning's wrath, increase the charge distance by 15% and the cooldown reduction to .75 second.
3. Concentrated Thunder
Double Thunder Clap's damage and stun duration, but it stops at the first enemy hit.

Level 4:
Mogu Strength
Every 6 seconds, gain a stack of Mogu Strength, capping at 3. Whenever Lei Shen is hit by a crowd control, consume a stack of Mogu Strength to become immune to crowd control for 3 seconds and gain 15 armor.
Mogu Fury
Every 6 seconds, gain a stack of Mogu Fury, capping at 5. Whenever Lei Shen casts a basic ability, increase its damage by 15% and consume a stack of Mogu Fury.
Mogu Honor
Every 6 seconds, gain a stack of Mogu Honor, capping at 4. Whenever a nearby allied hero is hit by a damaging ability, increase their armor by 20 and consume a stack of Mogu Honor.

Level 7:
Empower Thunder
For each enemy hit by Crash of Thunder, increase Lei Shen's spell power by 10% for the next 5 seconds.
Storm Fury
Increase the range of Thunder Clap and Crash of Thunder by 30%.

Level 10:
Scream of Shenqing
Almighty Strength

Level 13:
Slayer of Gods
Lightning's Wrath now deals an additional 3% of an enemy hero's health in damage over 3 seconds.
Detonating Thunder
The rift created by Crash of Thunder now explodes when hit by one of Lei Shen's abilities, dealing 237 (+4% per level) damage to nearby enemies.
Charged Momentum
Lei Shen's basic attacks reduce his basic abilities cooldowns by .5 seconds.

Level 16:
Summon Nalak
Cooldown: 40 seconds
Summon a serpent that circles around Lei Shen, dealing 57 (4% per level) damage on contact and slowing enemies for 1 second. Lasts 7 seconds.
Thunderforged Blade
Hitting enemies with Crash of Thunder or Thunder Clap now applies a mark to them for 2 seconds. If Lei Shen attacks a marked hero, they are stunned for .25 seconds.
Dominator
Whenever Lei Shen deals damage, increase his spell power by 1% stacking up to 15% for 3 seconds.

Level 20:
Quaking Steps
Scream of Shenqing now follows Lei Shen instead of being placed, and is triggered whenever Lei Shen takes damage. Each trigger now also reduces its cooldown by .5 seconds.
Echo of the Thunder king
Almighty Strength now summons two Echos of the Thunder King directly adjacent to Lei Shen who mimic his ability casts for 50% of the damage. Also increases the duration to 10 seconds.
The True King:
Quest: Get takedowns (Includes already achieved takedowns and assists)
Reward: For each takedown, Lei Shen gains .5 armor and .5% spell power.
