- Thundering strikes ( Autoattacks deal 35% of aoe damage nearby Lei Shen)
- Lightning strikes (Autoattacks against the same target gain 2,5% extra speed, stacking up 6 times)

- Charged Shield (Overcharge shields you for 150 (+50 per level) damage instead of dealing damage when used. If a shocked target attacks you while you have the shield, he's slowed by 50% for 1 sec)
TIER 4 (level 10)

TIER 5 (level 13)
- Spell Shield
- Precise Whipping (Decreases Lightning Whip cone width but increases its damage by 35%)
- Giant Killer
- Overrage (Overcharge deals an extra 5 (+2.5 per level) damage to nearby enemies each second, but you no longer activate Overcharge.)
TIER 6 (level 16)
- Thunderforged weapons (Decapitate and Fusion Slash deal an extra 30% damage)
- Whips of the Emperor (Lightning Whip gains an extra charge, allowing it to be cast twice in quick succession.)

TIER 7 (level 20)
- Storming Steps ( Hitting a shocked enemy resets Steps of the Thunder King CD)
- Empowered Nalak ( Nalak lasts an extra 10 seconds, and by pressing R again you can slowly move him to target location)

I was thinking of him more of a Warrior in my approach. Why did you choose an assassin? (Curious)
Well he's a badass thundering tyrant, and it seemed appropriate to make him a big dps threat. Not the best explanation ever but that's the idea.
