The Arcane Wizard

Combat Trait

Arcane Dynamo
Whenever you cast a spell, gain a stack of Arcane Dynamo. After five stacks, your next non-heroic spell will consume the stacks, increasing it's damage and duration by 50%.

Primary Abilities

Arcane Orb
Hurl an orb of pure energy that explodes on contact, dealing high damage to the first enemy it hits and enemies nearby.

8 second cooldown.

Slow Time
Invoke a bubble of warped time and space at target location for a short time. Enemies in the bubble have their movement and attack speed slowed by 40%.

13 second cooldown.

Wave of Force
Discharge a wave of pure energy, dealing medium damage to enemies around you.

4 second cooldown.

Heroic Abilities

Archon
Transform into a being of pure arcane energy, increasing mana regeneration and gaining new abilities.

80 second cooldown.

(Q ability becomes a channeled beam that does medium damage to enemies in it and can be toggled on and off freely. W ability is similar to Wave of Force, but with higher damage and area, but a slight delay before it goes off, with a 3 second cooldown. Loses E ability during Archon.)

Black Hole
Conjures a Black Hole at target location, slowly drawing enemies into it and dealing low damage every second for 2 second.

110 second cooldown.

Description

Here's an idea for the Wizard from Diablo 3. I made this one based around her arcane spells, since we already have an ice and fire mage. I might add talents later, which would be largely based on the runes for the respective skills. I realize there is already a heroic names Archon with Tassadar but that's the name of the skill in D3 and I really wanted to include it in this hero concept. Also for Black Hole, it would be slightly larger than Psionic Storm, and would pull enemy heroes in very slowly, not instantly into the center like Grav-o-bomb.

Talents

Tier 1 talents.
   Power Hungry: Increases the amount of mana regained by health globes by 50%, and each health globe increases mana regeneration by 0.1 per second.
   Efficient Wave: Reduces the mana cost of Wave of Force.
   Siphoning Dynamo: Heal for 15% of you max health when your Arcane Dynamo stacks are consumed.
   Need More Time: Reduces the cooldown of Slow Time by 3 second.

Tier 2 talents:
   Orbliteration: Increases the range and speed of Arcane Orb by 30%.
   Stretch Time: Allies in the bubble have their attack speed increased by 40%.
   Gathering Power: Passively grants 5% Ability Power. Each Hero takedown increases this bonus by 2% to a maximum of 15%. This bonus Ability Power is reset to 5% on death.
   Envenom: Activate to poison an enemy hero, dealing high damage over 10 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

Tier 3 talents:
   Static Pulse: Each enemy hero hit and minion killed by Wave of Force returns mana.
   Quickened Dynamo: Reduces the number of charges needed to activate Arcane Dynamo to 4.
   Echoing Orb: If your Arcane Orb detonates inside your Slow Time bubble, a second Orb will detonate in the same place after 2 second, dealing 50% less damage.

Tier 4 talents:
   Heroics

Tier 5 talents:
   Arcane Attunement: Wave of Force generates 2 stacks of Arcane Dynamo.
   Dynamic Orb: Increases the bonus damage of Arcane Dynamo to Arcane Orb to 100%.
   Illusionist: If you lose 40% of your maximum health within 2 seconds, the cooldown of Slow Time is instantly reset. This effect has a 30 second cooldown.
   Diamond Skin: Activate to gain 30% of your max health as a shield for 5 seconds. When the shield depleted it explodes, dealing damage to enemies around you. 60 second cooldown.

Tier 6 talents:
   Point of No Return: Enemies and try to enter or exit your Slow Time bubble will be stunned for 1.5 seconds. Each enemy can only be stunned this way once per Slow Time.
   Debilitating Wave: Enemies hit by Wave of Force are slowed 30% for 2 seconds.
   Evocation: Reduce the cooldown of all your basic abilities by 20%.
   Overdrive: Activate to increase ability power by 25% and mana costs by 40% for 5 seconds. 25 second cooldown.

Tier 7 talents:
   Empowered Archon: Increase the damage of Archon abilities by 20% and while in Archon, create a Slow Time bubble that stay centered on you for the duration.
   Supermassive: Increases the size of Black Hole by 50% and lowers cooldown to 90 seconds.
   Rewind: Activate to reset basic cooldowns. 60 second cooldown.
   Teleport: Activate to teleport a short distance, and take 25% less damage for 3 seconds afterword. 40 second cooldown.
