Li-Ming by Stretchy

When Li-Ming casts a basic ability, her armor changes to the corresponding type, ice, storm, or energy. This effect can only occur once every four seconds.

(Ice Armor reduces the attack speed of enemies that attack Li-Ming by 50%. Storm Armor randomly deals low damage to a nearby enemy every few seconds. Energy Armor reduces all damage Li-Ming takes by 20%.)

Project a beam of frozen ice at target enemy for 3 seconds, dealing medium damage every second and slowing them by 25%. If the enemy stays in range for the full duration, they will become frozen for 2 seconds. Can be activated again to cancel early.

6 second cooldown.

Ray of Frost will activate ice Armor.

Unleash a twister at target location that follows the nearest enemy(prioritizing heroes) for 4 seconds, dealing medium damage every second.

4 second cooldown.

Energy Twister will activate Storm Armor.

Hurl an orb of pure energy that explodes when it contacts an enemy, dealing high damage to enemies in an area.

8 second cooldown.

Arcane Orb will activate Energy Armor.

Invoke a large bubble of warped time and space at target location for four seconds. Enemies in the bubble have their movement speed decreased by 50% while allies will move 50% faster. Additionally, enemy skillshots will move significantly slower through the bubble.

90 second cooldown.

Summon an immense meteor that plummets from the sky at target location, dealing massive damage in a large area and setting the ground on fire, dealing high damage every second for 5 seconds.

80 second cooldown.
