Li-Ming
was born in Xiansai and at the age of nine, The high councilorook took her under training. Li-Ming
became an Archmage in no time, knowing powerfull spells and controling the elements.
(the name and lore are just symbolic not really important)
About the creation of the wizard: It is hard to create a hero mage that is not simular to Jaina,but i just wanted to create a mage (apcarry) because hots need more than jaina/kael. and i dont wanted to create a very complicated hero.
Mehanics and playstyle:
Pretty much like jaina but less 1vs1 potential early, (no Evenom/Gathering Power available) you have to hit your spells on a target for extra damage out of your passive. but you are more stronger with a team(mate).
Li-Ming
is squishy like jaina/kael , can die pretty fast if focused and has mana problem is you spamm your spells early alot.
Builds:
You can decide thru Talents if you want to go short ranged burst mage like jaina or more a aoe. / team based mage( to hit more enemies and help your team in teamfight) Still in progress with Talents.

Damaging enemies with Arcane, Cold,Fire or Lightning will cause them to take 10% more damage from all Your Ability Skills for 5 seconds. Each different Ability a stack, stacking up to 4 times.

Note: in hots it were a bit lower radius impact, around kaelthas D+Q / azmadon Q and short range.

Cooldown: 11 seconds
Blast nearby enemies with an explosion of ice dealing [xx]and slow enmies for 30% on the ice field.

Active: 5 Seconds
Channel a beam of pure energy, dealing [xxx] damage per 0.5 second.
Disintegrate damage is increased by 1% every 0.5 second you hit your target, up to a maximum total of 10% damage as Arcane.

Conjure a Black Hole at the target location that slow Enemies for 20% and deals [xxx] damage with every second to all enemies.

Note: Black Hole just slow at first it dosn't drawns enemies in (With lv20 it will draw in) since it were to op with aoe. ult wombo combos that exist already.

Gathering Regerenation Globes to increase Mana Regerenation by 0.1
[Cold Snap]
Reduce the cooldown to 4 seconds and increase the radius.
[Ice Shock] Frost Nova now stun on explosion enemies for 0.5 second
[Improved Iceblock] Activate to place yourself in Stasis and gain Invulnerability for 3 seconds. When this effect expires, nearby enemies are Chilled
[Meteor Storm]
Unleash a volley of 7 small Meteors that each strike for [xxx] damage as and leave a molten ground behind, Enemies take [xxx] damage over 3 seconds on the ground.
Lv. 20 Talents [ Double Fun ]
Increase the width and range of the beam allowing it to hit more enemies.
[ Super Nova ]
Black Hole now draws Enemies into the center and slows them for 20% and deals every second another Element damage. (Fire,Cold,Lightning,Arcane)
Note: Enemies still can jump/dash/port out of the center [Bolt of the Storm]
