Li-Ming (Finished Concept)

Anarchic Wizard

This 19 year old female wizard was sent to the Zann Esu mage clan, but later handed over to the powerful Vizjerei since she was a "rude and uncooperative student," that the smaller mage clan could not control. They hoped the harsh discipline at Vizjerei "would break her anarchic spirit." Yet even the Vizjerei instructors were unable to rein her in. She was continually being caught seeking out dangerous and forbidden magics without care for herself or anyone around her.

Li-Ming is an all around assassin specialized in bringing down heroes from safe distances.

Combat Trait

Passive - Arcane Power
Li-Meng draws magical energy from the world around her using Arcane Power as a resource for her abilities. Her basic attacks generate 10 Arcane Power.

(D) - Energy Shield
Activate to give yourself a shield equal to 35% of your Health for 10 seconds unless depleted. While under the effects of Energy Shield all of your abilities cost 10% more Arcane Power.


Cost: 50 Arcane Power
Cooldown: 30 Seconds

Primary Abilities

(Q) - Electrocute
Lightning arcs from Li-Meng's fingertips, dealing 100 (35/level) damage to her target, and 25 (10/level) damage to 4 enemies around her target.

Generates: 20 Arcane Power
Cooldown : 15 Seconds

(W) - Hydra
Summon a multi-headed Hydra for 15 seconds that attacks enemies with bolts of fire dealing 50 (15/level) damage every 3 seconds. 


Cost: 30 Arcane Power
Cooldown: 45 Seconds

Teleport forward in your target direction. (Same distance as Valla's Vault)


Cost: 20 Arcane Power
Cooldown: 20 Seconds

Secondary Abilities

(1) - Blood for Blood
Activate to deal 10% of target enemy Hero's Max Health and heal for twice that amount.

(2) - Diamond Skin
Transform your skin to diamond for 3 seconds, absorbing up to 500 damage from incoming attacks.

Heroic Abilities

(R) - Explosive Blast
Gather an infusion of energy around you that explodes after 1.5 seconds, causing 300 (50/level) damage to every enemy within 10 yards.

Cooldown: 90 Seconds

Summon a Mirror Image of yourself with 50% of your health that mirrors your abilities. When killed by an enemy, the mirror image resets your cooldowns and gives you 50 Arcane Power. Abilities cast by the Mirror Image deals 50% as much damage as your spells. Lasts 10 Seconds.

Cost: 45 Arcane Power
Cooldown: 120 Seconds

Level 1 Talents

(D) - Energy Barrier - Energy Shield shields you for 40% of your health but also costs 10% more Arcane Power.

(Passive) - Arcane Storage - You can store up to 150 Arcane Power.


(W) - Ravenous Hydra - Your hydra lasts 5 seconds longer but costs 10 more Arcane Power.


(Basic Attack) - Unyielding Strikes - Your basic attacks deal 5% more damage and generate 5 more Arcane Power.

Level 4 Talents

(Q) - Mass Electrocution - Electrocute arcs to 5 enemies around your target.


(Q) - Lightning - Electrocute does not arc to other enemies and only hits your target, however it generates 15 more Arcane Power.


(E) - The Long Mile - Teleport travels 50% further.


(W) - Frost Hydra - Your hydra deals 10% less damage but slow your target's movement and attack speed by 15%.

Level 7 Talents

(Passive) - Continuous Energy - Every minion kill rewards you 1 Arcane Power while every Hero kill awards you 5 Arcane Power.

(E) - Tactical Teleportation - When you Teleport you leave behind a decoy that runs towards the enemies.

(Basic Attack) - Arcane Torrent - Your basic attack turns into a channel and launches Arcane Missiles at random targets in the area. Each missile that hits generates 5 Arcane Power and deals 10% less damage than your normal Basic Attack.

Level 10 Talents

(R) - Explosive Blast - Gather an infusion of energy around you that explodes after 1.5 seconds, causing 300 (50/level) damage to every enemy within 10 yards.

Cooldown: 90 Seconds

Level 13 Talents

(W) - Arcane Hydra - Your hydra launches Arcane Orbs at it's target (Frost Orbs if you've chosen Frost Hydra at level 4) that deals 5% more damage and explodes on impact for 15% of that damage to all targets within 5 yards.

(D) - Energy Bulwark - Energy Shield lasts until depleted and does not trigger it's cooldown until it is depleted.


(Q) - Thunder - Your basic attack deals 10% more damage and travels to its target 10% faster.

Level 16 Talents

(E) - Regenerative Teleportation - When you teleport you gain 5% of your health back.


(Passive Ability) - Gathering Power - Passively grants 5% ability power. Each Hero takedown increases this bonus by 2% up to 15%. This bonus ability power is reset to 5% on death.


(Active Ability) - Blood for Blood - Activate to deal 10% of target enemy Hero's Max Health and heal for twice that amount.


(Passive) - Regenerative Arcana - For every 1 Arcane Power you can .25% Health Regen.

(Passive) - Glass Cannon - Increases damage done and damage taken by 5%.

Level 20 Talents

(R) - Explosive Burn - After Explosive Blast finishes its cast all enemies caught within the Blast take 100 (10/level) damage every second for 3 seconds.


(R) - Mirror Images - Summons a second Mirror Image identical to the first.


(Active Ability) - Diamond Skin - Transform your skin to diamond for 3 seconds, absorbing up to 500 damage from incoming attacks.

(Passive Ability) - Nexus Frenzy - Increases Attack Speed and Range by 20%.
