Swiftwing is a fast Blood Elf support with very high mobility, trained to chase down enemies to secure kills and close gaps during engagements. Swiftwing is a powerful and valuable utility hero, and though he has little healing power he excels at disruption, able to modify enemy positions, provide vision, and mess with attack ranges to pull enemies out from behind a powerful frontline, then keeping them there while your team tears them a new rectal cavity.

Activate to reveal any location on the map for 8 seconds, revealing enemies in it for 5 seconds.

Cloud
Create a cloud over target location. Enemies within this cloud have their attack and vision range reduced by 50%. Any structures inside the Cloud may not attack (Excluding the Core). The cloud lasts 3 seconds.

Cyclone
Create a cyclone at target location. After 1 second, enemies near the center of the cyclone will be pushed out of it's radius, while enemies closer to the outside will be pulled in.
Mana: 75 Cooldown: 10 seconds

Shackle
Shoot a magical lasso in target direction. Grab the first enemy hit and pull them halfway towards your hero. The enemy is then slowed by 75% and takes 70 damage per second (+10 per level) for 2 seconds or if they move far enough away from you. During this time, you cannot move your own hero.
Mana: 80 Cooldown: 14 seconds.

Blinding Wind
After 1 second, reduce the vision radius of all nearby enemies to 0 and disable allied vision, allowing them to only see their own hero and the map terrain, for 2 seconds. After the effect ends, they are blinded and will miss all basic attacks for 2 seconds.

Earthbind
Launch a gust of wind in target direction, slowing enemies and speeding up allies. The effect strength and length depend on the target's distance from your hero.
Range 0-2: 20% for 8 seconds
Range 3-5: 40% for 7 seconds
Range 6-8: 60% for 6 seconds
Range 9-11: 80% for 5 seconds
For comparison's sake. the standard ranged basic attack distance is 5.5

Rainstorm: Cyclone creates a puddle in it's inner radius which slows enemies in it by 20%. The puddle lasts 6 seconds. Level 7 Hindering Winds: Enemies within cloud are slowed by 30% Swift Escape: Every time you take damage while Swift Wings is active, gain 10% increased movement speed for it's duration. (Max 100%) Rejuvenating Mist: Allies within cloud are healed for 4% of their max health every second. Chains: Shackle slows it's target by 40%, fading over 2 seconds, after it ends. Level 10 Blinding Wind: Reduce the vision range of nearby enemies to nothing Earthbind: Slow enemies and speed up allies in front of you Level 13 Take Flight: Swift Wings lasts 2 seconds longer and it's cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds. Searing Bonds: Shackled enemies take 25% more damage from all sources Eternal Storm: Cloud's cooldown is reduced by 1 second for each enemy hero hit. Unbound: Shackle now reduces your movement speed by 40% instead of making you unable to move. Raging Storm: Cyclone now casts Cloud where it was placed. Level 16 Unrelenting Storm: Cloud now holds 2 charges. Tornado: Cyclone creates a ring around it's area that blocks enemies from exiting or entering for 2 seconds Trapped: Shackle now roots it's target for it's duration. Howling Winds: Enemies within cloud take 25% increased damage from all sources. Level 20 Duststorm: Blinding Wind radius increased by 50%. All affected enemies are slowed by 50% and take 25% more damage from all sources. Jetstream: Allied movement speed bonus is twice as effective and lasts twice as long, enemy movement slow is 50% more effective and lasts 50% longer. Earthbind's cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds for every hero hit (Including yourself) Storm Shield: Activate to give all nearby allies a shield for 20% of their maximum health for 3 seconds. Get Swifty: All your cooldowns refresh 150% faster while Swift Wings is active.
True sight seems quite powerful, But that may just be me. It completely counters the trait of zeratul and nova, and hard counters can be game breaking, often.
