The Pachimari Princess is a melee assassin that has been plucked from Roadhog's barn in Junkertown and now finds herself in the Nexus. Rumor has it, Roadhog trained the pachimari in combat, to keep intruders off his property.
The Pachimari Princess has corrosive tentacles, which are so toxic they can even destroy shields. She is a melee assassin that uses her disorienting ink to confuse and her corrosive tentacles to slap her opponents around.
Combat Trait

Corrode Shield
Activate to corrode shields from a target Hero that deals 50 (+4% per level) damage, and up to 3% of their maximum Health as bonus damage to their Shields. 15% of any damage done to shields heals Lil' Pach Ouli.
Passive: Basic Attacks against Heroes deal up to 15% bonus damage to Shields.
Primary Abilities

Tentacle Slap
Deals 120 damage to target enemy Hero. For the next 3 seconds, that enemy will deal 25% of their basic ability damage to themselves.
Stores 3 charges.

Whirlpool
Causes enemies Heroes to be Rooted and pulled into the center of an area for 1.25 seconds, and deals 200 damage over the duration

Ink Jet
Burrow to the target location, leaving a trail of ink on the surface that deals 125 damage over 3 seconds and reduces vision radius for 1.25 seconds to any enemy standing on the ink.
Ink Jet can be reactivated to surface early.
Heroic Abilities

Blinding Poison
After 0.5 seconds, release a wave of toxic ink that deals 350 damage and Blind all enemies hit for 3 seconds.

Tidal Wave
Lil' Pach Ouli submerges for 0.25 seconds, entering Stasis and healing for 200 Health. When she reemerges, a tidal wave pushes enemies in the area in a circular motion. If an ink trail is in the tidal wave area, then tidal wave flings ink around dealing 200 damage to all enemies hit and the vision radius is reduced for 3 seconds.
