Gathering a Blood Orb deals
50 damage to nearby enemy Heroes.

Phantom Pain
If it hits an enemy Hero, Lacerate heals Lilith for
200 Health and deals
30 damage per second to Lilith and all enemy Heroes hit for
6 seconds or until it is reactivated.
Demonic Presence
Increase Ruthless Funnel's damage by
150%. Ruthless Funnel increases Lilith's Spell Power by
10% per enemy Hero hit for
6 seconds, and its effectiveness at pulling Heroes is increased to
75%.
Level 4
In Her Shadow
Ruthless Funnel reduces the Spell Power of enemies it pulls by
25% for
4 seconds, and its Slow is increased to
40% and no longer decays.
Passive: Lilith takes
10% less damage from Slowed or Rooted enemies.
Blood is the Key
Lacerate generates a Blood Orb from all enemy Heroes hit, but the healing from Blood Orbs is reduced by
30%. While under
50% Health, the healing from Blood Orbs is increased by
40% instead, or by
100% while under
30% Health.
Unstable Conduit
Remaining in contact with an Infernal Orb grants Lilith
30% Attack Speed,
30 Armor and
25% Movement Speed. These bonuses decay over
3 seconds when no longer in contact with an Infernal Orb.
Level 7
Mother's Embrace
Collecting Blood Orbs regenerates 2% of Maximum Mana to Lilith and nearby allies and causes her Basic Ability cooldowns to recharge 15% faster for 4 seconds. This effect can stack up to 4 times and is refreshed when gaining a stack.
Heartseeker
Lilith dashes a short distance when reactivating Lacerate before dealing damage. If she collides with an enemy Hero, their Armor is reduced by 20 for 4 seconds and the cooldown of Bond of Hatred is reduced by 6 seconds.

Lightning Strikes Twice
Reduce the distance between Infernal Claw's pillars by 30%. Hitting an enemy Hero at least twice with the same Infernal Claw deals an additional 90 damage and reduces Infernal Claw's cooldown by 5 seconds.
Infernal Claw's cooldown can be reduced once per cast.
Level 13
Perpetual Torment
Increase the range of Lilith's Basic Abilities by 15%, and her Basic Attack range by 1. Enemy Heroes are Rooted for 0.5 seconds whenever a Blood Orb is generated from them.
Restless Funnel
Lilith becomes Unstoppable while casting Ruthless Funnel. If Ruthless Funnel prevents a Stun or Root, its cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds.
By Three They Come
Every 3rd Blood Orb converted into an Infernal Orb heals Lilith before its conversion and grants her 3 charges of Block, gaining 50% Physical Armor against the next 3 Hero Basic Attacks, stacking up to 6 times.
Level 16
Nemesis
Increase the duration of Bond of Hatred by 2 seconds. Bond of Hatred increases the damage Lilith and the target deal to each other by 10%. While it is active, Lilith's damage bonus is increased by 8% whenever she collects a Blood Orb, and by 12% whenever she creates an Infernal Orb, up to 100%.
Thirst for Power
When damaging Heroes, Lacerate deals additional damage equal to 2.5% of their Maximum Health, increased to 5% if it hits them with its edge. 25% of this damage is added to Lilith's Basic Attacks as bonus Spell damage for 4 seconds.
Electric Lance
Infernal Orbs gain a rotating lightning beam that revolves every 2 seconds, dealing 90 damage to enemies it touches.
Notes:
- Electric Lance can deal damage to the same target once per rotation.
Level 20
Uber Spikes
Hellrazer's waves travel back to Lilith when they reach their destination, dealing 50% of normal damage and knocking enemy Heroes towards her. Additionally, Lilith becomes Unstoppable for the last 1.5 seconds of channeling Hellrazer.

Roiling Blood
Blood Blisters turns Infernal Orbs into Infernal Blisters that always have maximum healing and damage regardless of distance. Reduce the cooldown of Blood Blisters by 10 seconds whenever a Blood Blister explodes, or by 15 seconds for Infernal Blisters.
Unrelenting Spite
Increase the active duration of Bond of Hatred by 0.5 seconds every time the target takes Spell Damage from any of Lilith's other Abilities or Talents. Bond of Hatred can affect multiple Heroes at once.
Hellfire
Lacerate's edge and Infernal Claw's pillars leave behind a trail of hellfire for 4 seconds that burns enemies every 0.5 seconds, dealing 45 damage and reducing their Armor by 5, up to 30, for 4 seconds.
