Using Firestorm while Magic Orb is active increases the movement Speed by 50% and firestorm unleashed damage 50% faster.

Cool concept! I've just got two problems. You said:

I'm assuming that you shoot out burst of flame (about as large as Varian's Lion's Fang?) that deal damage, and you'd shoot out a total of 12 such bursts over 3 seconds, but the fact that it's random still looms. All blasts could theoretically shoot out behind you, or in front of you, or all over the place, there'd be no way to control it, and therefore it would not be a reliable ability.
The second problem is the level seven talent Inner Fire:

This means you can gain up to 6 stacks of Aura of Flame, and the only problem I have is with the level 20 talent Golden Fire:

This equals a whopping 92% spell power which could theoretically last forever (the stacks remaining for 6 seconds, and Lightning Strike having a cooldown of 5 seconds).
The culmination of these two talents along with the heroic ability Thunder Charge is an insane 1,728 damage to the target, and 192 damage around the target (100 + 92% = 192; 150 • 6 = 900; 900 + 92% = 1,728).
And maybe that's the point, and there's no need to change it, similar to Kael'thas's Pyroblast.

I think you misunderstand the Idea., the maximum Spell power (include level 7 talent Inner Fire ) == 6 stacks * 7% spell power == 42% Spell power + (50% bonus spell power * 42%) == 63% - the maximum Spell power collected-. for that being said, the heroic ability Thunder Charge is deal a maximum 1.183(_based on calculate) damage. but that is your calculation, with me Thunder Charge deals total (100 + 150 * 6) + (100 +150 * 6) * 63% = 1630 damage. It so much ,but that is level 20 talent.
Ohhh, Golden Fire does not grant +50% Spell Power, it increases your SP by 50%, that makes more sense, thank you for clarifying!
