Lord Jaraxxus

EREDAR LORD OF THE BURNING LEGION!

~Jaraxxus' Aggro Quote

Greetings! Today I bring Jaraxxus, a High-Damage Melee Eredar Lord of the Burning Legion(Not a class? It is now!) with the power to call down infernals and burn his foes.

Rough Level 1 Stats
Health - ~1750
Basic Attack Damage - ~115
Attack Speed - ~0.9

Combat Trait

1
[D] - Nether Power
Passive
Every 5 seconds, Jaraxxus gains one stack of Nether Power, up to ~20. Every stack gives specific effects based on the ability, and all stacks are consumed on an ability cast. Does not build up stacks until the game actually starts. Touch of Jaraxxus' initial attack damage(The Basic Attack) is increased by ~5% per stack(Causes the DoT to deal extra damage as well.). Fel Fireball gains ~2.5% damage per stack. Nether Portal's Mistress of Pain has ~5% more health and ~10% more damage per stack. Only affects basic abilities.

Primary Abilities

1
[Q] - Touch of Jaraxxus
Active; Kinky
Empower your next basic attack, causing it to deal an additional ~200% of its damage over ~5 seconds. Costs ~60 mana and has a ~10 second cooldown.
2
[W] - Fel Fireball
Active; Like a Fireball but Green!(So better)
Launch a ball of Fel Fire for the target enemy, dealing ~280 damage to them and ~100 damage to all nearby enemies. Costs ~40 mana and has a ~8 second cooldown.
3
[E] - Nether Portal
Active; Rip the World Asunder
Tear open a portal to the Twisting Nether, dealing ~240 damage to enemies nearby the location, and summoning a Mistress of Pain. The Mistress of Pain has ~350 health, deals ~40 damage per attack with an attack speed of ~1.2, and can silence an enemy for ~0.5 seconds once. Lasts for ~15 seconds. Costs ~50 mana and has a ~20 second cooldown.

Heroic Abilities

1
[R] - INFERNO!
Jaraxxus causes a Fel Volcano to emerge at the target location. After a ~1 second delay, it erupts, dealing ~400 damage to nearby enemies and spawning an Infernal. The Infernal has ~800 health, deals ~100 damage an attack with an attack speed of ~0.8, and passively burns nearby enemies for ~50 damage per second. The Infernal lasts until killed, and will prioritize heroes if in a lane. Costs ~100 mana and has a ~80 second cooldown.
2
[R] - Incinerate Flesh
Ignite target enemy's flesh, causing them to burn for ~80 damage per second for ~5 seconds. If they aren't healed for ~750 health within 5 seconds, they explode, dealing ~500 damage to all nearby enemies and themselves. Healing done towards this threshold does not actually heal the hero. If the enemy team does not have a support, this explosion is at half-strength. Costs ~120 mana and has a ~100 second cooldown.

Special Mount

1
[Z] - Trifling Gnome Summon
Active; Sight-And-Gnome-Based Teleport
Get summoned to target location by a TRIFLING GNOME WARLOCK!, which you will then punt towards the nearest enemy within a decent range, dealing ~50 damage to them. Teleporting requires ~1.5 seconds to occur. The Warlock can be killed, and has only ~600 health. If Jaraxxus takes damage, the teleportation is immediately halted, and the Warlock runs off, vanishing. Requires vision of the target location. Has a ~20 second cooldown.

Talents

Level 20|Tier 7
Epic Voice Remix - INFERNO! now summons three infernals when it erupts.
Charred Husk - Incinerate Flesh's threshold for healing is increased by ~50%, and its damage over time is also increased by ~50%.
Surging Power - Nether Power now gains stacks twice as often.

Skins

Chillaxus
Based off of a joke from Ben Brode, where the art of Fist of Jaraxxus does not depict Jaraxxus, he said "That's still him. Eredar change color with their mood. That's Chillaxus." So, this is obviously a great release skin. It's Blue Jaraxxus, and he looks super chill 'n stuff.
