I was being sarcastic. But his title doesn't matter much in the end.
My point is that this guy is a nobody. Sure, he is lord of the Ravenholtdt Manor and the Assassins League or whatever but he's still a nobody no one knows or even gives a damn about. You know who people do give a damn about? Garona Halforcen. Valeera Sanguinar, Edwin VanCleef. Heck, even Vanessa VanCleef is a better rogue hero than this guy who has done absolutely ****ly squad in Warcraft universe. I don't think he deserves to be added to Heroes of the Storm over any of the other big rogue names I mentioned above.
Now to the abilities themselves. Basically I see the same problems I have seen in almost every other WoW rogue hero concept. Firstly his Stealth Trait. While it does make sense for a rogue to have Stealth as his trait we already got two heroes who got Stealth/Cloak as their Traits. Admittedly its possible that Blizzard will give their possible WoW rogue hero Stealth/Cloak as well. But I think they want to avoid having three heroes with the exact same trait. Also, does the game even recognize if the heroes are 'in combat' or not? I don't think it does. Anyway, I would do, and actually have done, something with poisons myself.
Or how about that Energy resource? Why that isn't his trait? Energy resource is very useful because you don't need to go get your mana back from fountains or your base. Sonya's Fury resource is her trait. Why this can't be the same? With this and the Stealth trait this hero has two very good traits basically.
The Basic Abilities are simply boring as f*ck. You could have done SO much more and give more interesting abilities to this hero. But no. You go for three basic damage dealing abilities with no other features, side-effects or benefits thus making them uninteresting.
The Heroics are also meh. I would have rather made Shadowstep as one of the Basic Abilities with some changes.
Overall, the hero himself is uninteresting and a nobody I bet no one else gives a damn about because, well, why would they if this guy has done absolutely NOTHING in the game unlike the other rogue characters I mentioned above? He has basically two traits and I suggest you pick only one. I would choose the Energy resurce one. I'm also quite disappointed he doesn't do anything with poisons. One of the rogues' most important tools in combat. And the abilities themselves are boring and underwhelming. Doesn't make me want to play him if he was added to the game anyway.
Thanks for the feedback. Well, there are already enough ''well known'' rogue heroes suggested, so I wanted to experiment. I also based the abilities on my playstyle in WoW. Pop in and out of combat, deal heavy damage. It was intentionally boring/simple due to my playstyle. The poisons are an interesting idea, but I didn't want to mess around with it TBH. I was just doing this for fun, showing my ideas. So yeah.
