Lor'themar Theron

Regent Lord of Quel'Thalas

A Ranged Assassin who is versatile and mobile.

Lor'themar Theron is the Regent Lord of Quel'Thalas and thus the ruler of the blood elves of Azeroth. He used to lead the Sin'dorei in the absence of Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider, but after his betrayal and eventual death, Lor'themar became the sole leader of his people. Lor'themar was once the second-in-command to Ranger General Sylvanas Windrunner, and assumed temporary leadership of the high elves after the Scourge onslaught, a role that would pave the way to his regency after the prince's return.

Tips:
-Blade & Bow provides Lor'Themar options to fight on the frontline or further back. The best way to use it, however, is to weave in and out of range to maintain damage and Attack Speed.
-Sureshot has the capacity to put out very high sustained damage as long as you hit Heroes. Use Dodge to set up your positioning properly if need be.
-Rally is a great way to empower your team in a fight. This has the greatest effect on your mages and healers, improving your team's damage and healing substantially.
-Dodge's greatest benefit is its quick positional power. Set up Sureshot, chase enemies with quick Basic Attacks, or escape effectively.
-Ranger's Strike is the finishing blow for skirmishes or teamfights alike. The bonus Health can be the difference between a win or loss if earned in the middle of a battle.
-Furious Slash is powerful for starting fights rather than ending them. The large bonus to Basic Attacks can easily earn quick kills.

Fire an arrow in a direction, dealing 185 (+4%) damage to the first enemy hit. If it hits an enemy Hero, refund its Mana cost and its cooldown is reduced by 5 seconds.

Inspire nearby allied Heroes, increasing their Spell Power by 20% for 4 seconds.

Fire a shot to finish off a Hero, dealing 375 (+4%) damage to the first enemy Hero hit. If this kills the Hero, 50% of Lor'Themar's maximum Health is restored.

Cleave through enemies, dealing 245 (+4%) damage to nearby enemies. Increases Basic Attack damage by 30% per enemy Hero hit for 5 seconds, up to 150%.

Level 1 Talents

Master Ranger (Passive): Quest: Every Minion killed near Lor'Themar grants .25 Attack Damage and Takedowns grant .75 Attack Damage.
Reward: After gaining 40 bonus Attack Damage, increase your Attack Range by 1.1 and the bonus damage of Basic Attacks within Melee range by an additional 15%.

Trueshot (Q): Sureshot reveals enemy Heroes hit for 5 seconds.
Quest: Every time Sureshot hits a Hero, increase its damage by 3.

Strategic Positioning (E): After using Dodge, if your next Basic Attack is Ranged, it hits up to 4 additional enemies. If it is within Melee range, it cleaves for 66% of its damage in an area around the target.

Level 4 Talents

Elven Accuracy (Q): Quest: Hit 25 Heroes with Sureshot without dying.
Reward: Sureshot deals 25% more damage and pierces the first enemy Hero hit.

Revitalize (W): Rally restores 25 Mana per second to nearby allied Heroes over its duration.

Fleet-Footed (E): Dodge can pass over unpathable terrain and Structures.

Level 7 Talents

Call to Arms (W): Rally increases nearby allied Heroes' Movement Speed by 25% for its duration.

Agility Training (E): Increase Dodge's range by 30% and decrease its charge cooldown by 2 seconds.

Having the Upper Hand (Passive): After using an Ability, Lor'Themar's Basic Attacks deal 20% more damage for 4 seconds.

Level 13 Talents

Clear Shot (Q): Sureshot deals 50% more damage to Minions, Mercenaries, and Monsters and pierces them. Each non-Heroic enemy hit increases the distance traveled by 20%.

Evasive Action (E): Dodge increases Lor'Themar's Movement Speed by 30% for 2 seconds.

Sunwell's Blessing (Passive): Basic Attacks heal Lor'Themar for 25% of the damage dealt. This is doubled against Heroes. It is also doubled from Basic Attacks within Melee range.

Level 16 Talents

(Q): Sureshot reduces the Armor of Heroes hit by 25 for 1.5 seconds.

Fight with Honor (W): Increase Rally's duration by 50% and increase its Spell Power bonus by 4% for each allied Hero affected.

King Slayer (Passive): Lor'Themar's Basic Attacks deal bonus damage to Heroes equal to 1.5% of their maximum Health. Basic Attacks within Melee range deal bonus damage equal to 2.5% of their maximum Health instead.

Level 20 Talents

Ranger-General's Skill (R): Ranger's Strike travels 50% farther and faster and pierces through all Heroes.

Furious Combo (R): Furious Strike hits 2 additional times. Each Hero hit after the maximum Damage bonus is reached increases its duration by 1 second per Hero hit.

Trained Momentum (Passive): Basic Attacks reduce the cooldowns of Lor'Themar's Abilities by 1 second. Double this cooldown reduction on Basic Attacks within Melee range.

Combat Flexibility (D): Lor'Themar's Ranged Basic Attacks increase his Attack Speed by 40% for 2 seconds. Basic Attacks in Melee range deal 50% more damage.
