After five seconds of revving up, the IME Mine also grants 50 armor, decaying over 1.5 seconds. If stepped on by an enemy, it destroys the mine, but slows them by 50%, decaying over 1.5 seconds.

Wow. This concept is a lot cooler than I expected. I forgot that loudmouth was the name of the announcer in rock n roll racing and honestly thought this was another joke non-blizzard character concept at first. But holy cow. Well thought out, cool abilities, clear focus on what hes good and not good at, and despite only having 2 talent ideas instead of a full talent tree, said talent ideas are cool by themselves.
