Combat Trait

Fire a Homing Missile, that deals [65 + 10 per level] damage to the nearest enemy (Heroes preffered) and stuns them for 0,5 seconds.

After a 2 second cast, you transform into a Hellbat. You must stand still while channeling.

Release a continious stream of fire in front of you for 5 seconds, that deals [95 + 9 per level] damage per second.

Emit a Heat Wave, that deals [85 + 17 per level] damage to all enemies around you and slows them by 35% for 2 seconds.

After a 2 second cast, you transform into a Hellion. You must stand still while channeling.

Release a huge Wave of Fire in target direction, that deals [491 + 11 per level] and [298 + 8 per level] over 3 seconds.

While in Hellion form, the Wave travels faster and farther.
While in Hellbat form, the Wave deals 15% increased damage.

Sidecar
Mana: 70
Cooldown: 50 seconds

Put up a sidecar on your Hellion form for 8 seconds. Allied Heroes can click on it, to mount it for for 4 seconds. This Hero can Basic Attack and use Abilities out of this sidecar. You can not use "Homing Missile" and "Transform" while the sidecar is up. Only one Hero can mount it at the same time.
If not in Hellion form, you instantly transform into Hellion form.

Special Mount

NOS
Cooldown: 30 seconds

Increase your movement speed to 150% for 4 seconds. If not in Hellion form, you instantly transform into Hellion form.

Talents

Tier1 (1)
-Splash Missiles: Homing Missiles AoE for 50% of the damage.
-Transformer: You can move normaly while transforming.
-Regeneration Master
-Bribe


Tier2 (4)
-Afterburner: Every 3rd Basic Attack leaves a stain of fire behind for 4 sec that deals 75% of Basic Attack damage per second.
-Improved Autopilot: increase the duration of Autopilot to 6 secsonds.
-Heating Wave: Emit a second Heat Wave after 2 seconds.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the late response, i only just saw that you replied to it by accident. There needs to be some kind of an
alert system, when someone has commented on your Hero Concepts.

Auto Pilot:
My idea was, that you just rightclick to move and the hellion attacks on his own. Or you could A-click on a Hero and the Hellion would attack him
automatically, whithout kiting. But your argument sounds reasonable. I wanted to make 2 different abilites. If it would be a continous stream like
Tychus' Overkill, it would be to similar to this and the Hellbats Fire On! ability, so i thought this was a good idea.

Sidecar:
Yeah, I agree that it needs alot coordination, but they gave medivac to Lt. Morales and it (kinda) works fine.
It has a maximum duration of 8 seconds and when a Player clicks on it, the 4 seconds start. So i intended it to work, how you explained it.
Yes, the Hero inside can take damage and the multi-purpose was also in my mind, when i thought of it. Chasing and helping escaping with NOS.

Supernova:
Maybe, I should write that it gains the bonus of the Inferno Ability to each other, not the traits.

Heat Resistance:
Yeah, when I think about it, you are right. It has more value if it's Fire On! only.

NOS:
It seems that everybody misunderstands my wording. It increases the movement speed TO 150% NOT BY 150%.

Transformer:
I have no other ideas for level 1 talents.

I love the concept of this hero! It'd be awesome to have this kind of dual utility, and I like that you have a nice element of balance to the hero. For example, keeping the transform on a delay will mean the Hellion form can't be abused to chase and players would have to use the 30 sec mount cooldown to perhaps be able to chase, yet using your major escape.

This is one of those heroes for whom positioning would be key, and understanding what form to be in when (due to the delay in changing). Positioning is one of those key elements. I see being able to differentiate the two roles as:
Hellion - single target, move speed, chase
Hellbat - aoe damage, merc camps, minion waves

Love the feel I get from this hero, below I included some thoughts or confusions I had about its funtion.

Abilities:
I am a bit confused by the auto-pilot talent... Take Raynor for example, he can't attack while moving but can stop every time a basic attack is ready, fire one, and keep moving after that. If the Hellion could inherently do this as all ranged heroes can, and its movement speed is faster than other heroes, why would it ever need to attack while moving? It could simply kite and not worry about being caught.

Will this hero's attacks be a continuous jet of fire or a burst? A continuous stream of fire from the hellion, making its attack dynamics similar to Tychus, would explain why attacking while moving might be necessary.

Ults:
There will be a large number of players playing solo queue, not on mic. I think the side-car ult is nice, but it could be very hard to coordinate aside from voice chat.
One solution might be to have the 4-second duration start once an ally enters the side-car and also have a maximum duration for the ult, such as 12 seconds. I think of the ultimate as multi-purpose. Pre-emptively preparing an escape for an ally (can the ally take damage in the side-car or is all damage done to Hellion?) or having a tool for chasing accompanied by back-up.

I think having both Infernal Pre-Igniter and Supernova is a bit redundant. They are a bit too similar.
I would change Infernal Pre-Igniter to be the non-ult, trait-based upgrade for the hero.

I also love the name Supernova, and would use that as the upgrade name to the level 10 Inferno ult. All heroes have 2 ults, and upgrade to each, and some other options at 20. Currently lacking the Inferno upgrade.

Additional Thoughts for Changes:
Level 13 Heat Resistance - Remove it from auto-pilot. Positioning is key with hellion, but hellbat is less mobile so this would be a defensive option for him while getting close to do his damage. It doesn't add as much value with autopilot

Level 7 Improved Igniter - I would change the level 7 talent Improved Igniter to simply be a range increase for Hellion.

I would go 10% initial speed bonus for the hellion, and add a talent before level 10 which ups it to 20% move speed bonus.
I would also decrease the mount speed somewhat. 150% is extremely fast, but I do like the concept. It would just take testing in Blizzard's studio to determine the right speed.
I find transformer an awkward level 1 talent, I think it is maybe just a bit too powerful early on.

Nice concept overall.

I have an idea of how to make his mount better imo:
Maybe the Hellion mode can be his mount (it doesn't unmount on hit or attack) with 40% increase movement speed (like normal mounts) but give the Homing Missile as an ability to the Hellbat mode (it will have one ability missing if the Hellion mode isn't an ability) so it won't be OP to stay in mount mode.

That's just my idea, but nerf the mount anyway 'cause 150% speed buff is too fast (Sgt. Hammer has basically the same mount with 60% speed buff)
