Heroes of the Storm Build Concept: Lulu

Combat Trait

Beauty Sleep

Lulu can go to sleep to regenerate health, becoming invulnerable protected by her magic. Cool down 30 seconds. Regenerates 35% of her maximum health over 3 seconds. This ability can later be enhanced by talents. Her basic attacks are orbs of light, 100 dmg each, and heal 10 health each, her attack speed is high.

Primary Abilities

Flying fighter

Lulu flies around all her enemies, punching and kicking very fast, for 250 dmg, end her flight where she began. Gains 10% shield and restores 250 of health. cooldown 5 seconds. Target by clicking enemy.

Lethal Lullaby

Lulu starts to sing and puts enemies to sleep for a brief period of time. When they wake up they take 100 dmg and are slowed by 20% for 3 seconds. ability 7 seconds cool down. No targeting needed.

Teddy Toss

Teddy toss She throws her Teddy that bounces once on each enemy withing range then returns to her. Each enemy takes 80 dmg and is stunned for 1 second. Ability 12 seconds cooldown. Target by clicking enemy.

Heroic Abilities

Bigger is better!

Teddy becomes huge attacks enemies. Has 500 health and 50 dmg per hit, basic attacks bounce, slows for 30%, lasts until killed. cooldown 60 seconds. Target area. During this time Teddy Toss cannot be used.

Fly higher!

Fly into the sky becoming invulnerable for 10 seconds, target and click an enemy to hurl a very strong orb of light of 500 dmg to its target and 250 around it. When this ends you automatically arrive in base. This ult last 10 seconds and cannot be cancelled or landed sooner. cooldown is 60 seconds. The range is unlimited.

Special Mount

Frequent flyer

Lulu hover over the ground a bit higher than everyone else would because she is 7, to fit the screen. so enough to bring her to same level as other heroes. She does not have access to mounts, she has mount moving speed when out of combat for 5 seconds.

Lulu's story of origin

Lulu origin story: Lulu is Orphea-s younger sister, who was kept locked away by the Raven Lord at all times, because she was born different. She was born with different magic, she does not have dread magic whatsoever but instead she was born with very strong magic. It is because of this the Raven Lord was trying to conquer everything, he feared that people might hurt his youngest daughter. Orphea never knew of her sister, locked in the same place she called home. Because Lulu stayed in one room all day, mostly in bed, she developed an obsession with sleep, it was the only thing bringing her comfort. She wears comfy onesie and carries a pink teddy bear. At the age of 7 her powers grew so much that she teleport ed out of her locked room simply because she wanted to be free for so long and she was so powerful. She found herself somewhere within the Nexus, next to her sister, after they talked and she said she was locked by her father, she described him and oprhea put the pieces together and made sure to stay by her sisters side and away from their father as much as possible. Now they fight in the Nexus together.

I dint make the the further tent build because I'm afraid i already overpowered her and probably nerfed her health, I'm not sure how to build a hero from scratch but the I hope you sill like the idea and use it at some point. Would be a very fun hero.
