Lunara (Rework)

First Daughter of Cenarius

This is a rework I have come up with to make Lunara more interesting by changing around her talents with the goal to create talent diversity and aiming her towards being an anti-mage.

Another major thing is replacing Wisp with Abolish Magic. Which I thought was a boring ability so I think this will be more interesting while still fitting to the hero.

The talent changes is by no means balanced or tested so take it with a grain of salt.

Combat Trait

Nature's Toxin
Lunara's Basic Attacks and damaging Abilities poison their target, dealing 35.7 (+5% per level) damage a second for 3 seconds. Every additional application increases the duration by 3 seconds, up to a maximum of 9 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Noxious Blossom
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 8 seconds

After 0.5 seconds, cause an area to explode with pollen dealing 166.4 (+4% per level) damage.

Crippling Spores
Mana: 40
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Enemies currently afflicted by Nature's Toxin have its duration increased by 3 seconds and are slowed by 40% decaying over 3 seconds.

Abolish Magic
Mana: 45
Cooldown: 20 seconds

Target yourself or an ally to remove all roots, slows and damage over time effects from them.

Heroic Abilities

Thornwood Vine
Heroic Ability
Mana: 35
ChargeCooldown: 15 seconds

Send forth vines that deal 170.56 (+4% per level) damage to all enemies in a line.

Stores up to 3 charges.

Leaping Strike
Heroic Ability
Mana: 50
ChargeCooldown: 20 seconds

Leap over an enemy, slowing them by 80% for 0.35 seconds and dealing 281.84 (+4% per level) damage.

Stores up to 2 charges.

Talents

Level 1



Photosynthesis: Removed (Combined with Cruel Spores)
Natural Perspective: Moved to Level 4
Blossom Swell: *CHANGED* Increases the damage of Noxious Blossom by 15% and it's radius by 20%
Cruel Spores: *CHANGED* Crippling Spores now restores 10 mana per enemy hit up to 40 and if it hits only minions, monsters or mercenaries it's cooldown is reduced by 80%.
Withering Poison: *NEW* Quest: Keep enemy heroes at 3 stacks of Nature's Toxin for a total of 180 seconds to empower it.
Mulitple Rewards: 90 seconds: Increases the duration by 1 second per stack. 180 seconds: Nature's Toxin now slows the attack speed of affected targets by 3% per stack up to 9%.
Lightspeed: *NEW* Allies affeced by Abolish Magic have their movement speed increased by 30% for 7 seconds.


Level 4



Wisp related talents: Removed
Natural Perspective: Moved from Level 1
Summon Wisp: *NEW, Active* Spawn a Wisp to scout an area. Can be redirected once active. Lasts 25 seconds, 30 sec cooldown.
Star Light: *NEW* Casting Abolish Magic now reveals an area around the target for 5 seconds (Detects Stealth).


Level 7



Splintered Spear: Removed
Siphoning Toxin: Unchanged
Wild Vigor: Unchanged
Nature's Culling: Unchanged
Mana Feeder: *NEW* Enemies hit by Noxious Blossom has their spell damage reduced by 15% for 6 seconds.


Level 13



Giant Killed: Removed
Pestering Blossom: Unchanged
Unfair Advantage: Unchanged
Greater Spell Shield: Unchanged
Lightshield: *NEW* Abolish Magic now gives your target 20 spell armor for 10 seconds.


Level 16



Choking Pollen: Unchanged
Star Wood Spear: Unchanged
Invigorating Spores: Unchanged
Let Them Wither: Unchanged


Level 20



Abolish Magic: Removed
Forest's Wrath: Unchanged
Boundless Stride: Unchanged
Galloping Gait: Unchanged
Death Blossom: *NEW* Enemies that die under the effect of Nature's Toxin spawns a Death Blossom at their corpse that explodes after 1.5 seconds dealing X damage to nearby enemies and inflicts them with a stack of Nature's Toxin.

absolutely love it!
i definitely agree with giving her abolish magic on basic it's making her interesting and more lorewise accurate (dryade negates spells in WC3).

i would go farther and give her spell armor, making her mage counter rather than having aa slow talents, but that's just me...
