Maexxna was born deep within the mountains of Northrend many ages ago, she was captured within the dread citadel Naxxramas, where she gives birth to her brood, feeding them the corpses of all who dare venture too deeply into Naxxramas.
This concept was made by me a long time ago. Decided to post it again with some small changes

Combat Trait

Necrotic Poison
Maexxnas Basic Attacks and Abilities inficts Necrotic Poison. Necrotic Poison reduces the targets healing taken by 40% for 4 seconds.
Primary Abilities

Spider leap
Jumps to targeted unit, dealing 120(+5% per level) damage and inficts Necrotic Poison.
Cooldown: 4 Seconds
Mana Cost: 25

Frenzy
Increase Maexxnas attack speed by 30% and physical damage she deals by 25% for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 17 Seconds
Mana Cost: 50

Poison Shock
Deals 230(+5% per level) Nature Damage in a cone infront of the caster. Also inficts Necrotic Poison.
Cooldown: 7 Seconds
Mana Cost: 45
Heroic Abilities

Brood of Maexxna
Maexxna summons 6 spiderlings and 2 black widows which will follow Maexxna and attack nearby enemies. (Maexxna can reactivate the ability to command the spiders to go to a specific location). (They move at 115% movement speed.)

Health - 230(+4% per level) Attack Damage - 34(+4% per level) Attack Speed - 1.94
BlackWidows
Health - 315(+4% per level) Attack Damage - 56(+4% per level) Attack Speed - 1.34
Cooldown: 70 Seconds

Web Spray or Web Strand
Cast web at the targeted area, rooting all enemy units for 2,5 seconds and dealing 290(+4% per level) Nature Damage.

Channel for up to 3 seconds to reel in an enemy hero. They are slowed by 30% and are pulled towards you, taking 50(+4% per leve) damage. If they come in range of you, they take 400 (+4% per level) damage and are stunned for 1 second.
Cooldown: 70 Seconds

Maexxna always have 15%(20% earlier) increased movement speed.
Talents
Tier 1, lvl 1
* Regeneration Master - Collecting Regeneration Globes permanetly increases Health Regeneration by 1.5 per second.
* Deadly Posion - Your Necrotic Poison now also inficts 90.04(+2% per level) damage over 3 seconds.
* Seasoned Marksman - For every 6 enemy minions killed near your hero, gain 1 Basic Attack damage. Hero Takedowns count as 3 Minion kills
* Deadly Speed - Increase the attack speed of Frenzy from 20% to 30%.
Tier 2, lvl 4
* Webby leap - Spider leap now slows the targeted unit by 50% for 2 seconds.
* Envenom - Activate to poison an enemy Hero, dealing 366.08(+4% per level) damage over 10 seconds.
Cool concept, however, the trait is very overpowered. A change I would recommend is to reduce the percent to 25, or have it function similar to Jaina's, where its only inflicted with abilities. Since it lasts 4 seconds (which is fine) this hero could negate healing to the whole enemy team, and that'd be insurmountable.
Really liked the concept, it's simple but very nice, two things I would want to say:
Change the trait for 40% or 50%, because it's very situacional, also, I think would be nice if it effects regeneration too.
Web Spray is kinda op, rooting for 4 seconds is a lot, maybe change it for 3 seconds would be better.

Edit: Okay I am taking that back. Xul is gonna heave 75% healing reduction for 4 seconds on level 20 talent.
