The Elder Crone

Magatha is a utilitarian support who provides buffs and healing to her allies through the use of powerful totems. She can talent into lots of utility, healing or even damage depending on what her team needs. Though her abilities are expensive, Magatha's trait gives her bonus mana regeneration when within the radius of her totems.

Strengths:
    Extremely versatile Hero with many talent builds suited for different compositions.
    Strong CC with Capacitor Totem and some talents.
    Decent Healing options.
    Decent damage options.

Weaknesses
    Heavy reliance on team mates to be effective.
    Though she has damage options it comes at the cost of utility.
    Her CC can be hard to land.

Standing within the radius of a totem increases Magatha's Health and Mana regeneration by 100% and all of her cooldowns regenerate 50% faster.

Healing Stream Totem
Summon a totem with 560 (+5.5% per level) health in the target area for 8 seconds. The totem heals a damaged allied hero (prioritising lowest health) for 184 (+4% per level) every second.

Capacitor Totem
Summon a totem with 210 (+5.5% per level) health in the target area. After 1.5 seconds it explodes stunning all enemy heroes in the area for 2.5 seconds.

Summon a totem with 590 (+5.5% per level) health in the target area for 6 seconds. Allies who pass through the radius gain 40% movement speed decaying over 5 seconds after leaving the totem's radius.

Tremor Totem
Summon a totem in the target area for 8 seconds. The totem pulses every 2 seconds removing all charm, fear, silence and root effects from allied heroes in the area. The totem can be destroyed with 4 basic attacks.

Summon a totem in the target area for 6 seconds. Enemies inside the area are revealed to allies for 10 seconds.

Summon a totem with 300 (+5.5% per level) health in the target area for 6 seconds. Enemy heroes in the area are polymorphed for 1.5 seconds.

Become a rush of surging waters charging in a straight line. Enemy heroes take 150 (+4% per level) damage and allies are healed for 230 (+4% per level)

Summon a totem in an area with 550 (+2.5% per level) health for 12 seconds. Any attacks directed at allies in the area are redirected towards the totem (does not include area of effect spells, direct damage only).

Heroic Abilities

Spirit Link Totem
Summon a totem in the target area for 6 seconds. The totem continually redistributes allied health in the area to keep every hero at the same health percentage. This totem cannot be destroyed.

Windfury Totem
Summon a totem in the target area for 12 seconds. Allied heroes within the radius gain Windfury which causes their basic attacks to trigger 2 additional times each dealing 25% of the hero's basic attack damage. This totem cannot be destroyed.

Level 1 Talents

Sentry Totem: Gain the Sentry Totem ability.

Maximum Capacity: Quest: Stun enemy Heroes with Capacitor Totem. After stunning 5 heroes, increase the stun length to 3 seconds. After stunning 20 heroes, the ability can now be reactivated to relocate the totem.

Surging Waters: Healing Stream Totem gains a second charge and it's mana cost is reduced to 60.

Level 4 Talents

Earthen Wall Totem: Gain the Earthen Wall Totem Ability.

Totemic Radius: Your basic totems gain +1 radius.

The Water Protects: Heals from Healing Stream Totem grants the ally a shield for 280 (+4% per level) for 6 seconds. This shield does not stack with itself.

Fine, I'll Do It Myself: Totem Mastery now also grants Magatha 50% extra attack speed and +1.1 attack range.

Level 7 Talents

Tremor Totem: Gain the Tremor Totem ability.

The Winds Answer Me: Wind Rush Totem also Slows enemy heroes in the radius by 20% and reduces their attack speed by 40%.

Static Charge: If Capacitor Totem stuns 2 or more heroes, reduce it's cooldown to 8 seconds and refund it's mana cost.

Level 13 Talents

Voodoo Totem: Gain the Voodoo Totem ability.

Cloudburst: When Healing Stream Totem expires, it heals all allied heroes in the area for the amount healed in it's duration.

Mastery of Air: Wind Rush Totem's speed boost no longer decays.

Totemic Might All of your basic totems pulse every 1.5 seconds dealing 50 (+3% per level) damage to all enemies in their radius.

Level 16 Talents

Weakness Revealed: Enemy Heroes stunned by Capacitor Totem lose 25 armour (taking 25% more damage from all sources).

Skyfury: Wind Rush Totem now grants allied heroes 50% extra attack speed.

Earthen Ward: Totem Mastery now also grants Magatha 15 armour (taking 15% less damage from all sources).

Rushing Waters: Healing Stream Totem now heals 2 allies, but now only lasts 6 seconds.

Level 20 Talents

Spouting Spirits: After 2 seconds, Spirit Link Totem heals all allies in the area for 750 (+4% per level).

Magatha Cheats: Windfury Totem now poisons allied weapons causing their attacks to apply a bleed dealing 1% of the enemy heros' health per second for 2 seconds stacking up to 6 times.

Tsunami: Gain the Tsunami ability.

Mastery of the Elements: Activate Totem Mastery to increase your cooldown regeneration to 100% for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 60 seconds (this ability is not affected by Totem Mastery).

One important question that I couldn't really tell by reading the concept, can the totems be targeted and destroyed. I kinda hope they are able to be destroyed but at the same time not, as the effects are kinda underwhelming if the enemy can just destroy them. But at the same time, if they aren't destroyable, then she doesn't really posses that much of a counter as she can go in and out of fights and just drop totems down.

Her cooldowns are very loooong too, Deckard has a cooldown reduction passive too, but his cooldowns are not nearly as high as Magatha's.

Alsooo, Capicator totem, I reallyyyyy like it, the 2.5 sec stun is amazing, but if it can't be destroyed, then it's overpowered. It's like a mini ult aswell.

I like the suggestion, I can possibly tweak her design so that some of the totems are destructible and some not, possibly making capacitor totem destructible in a similar way to Murky's puffer-fish, but at the same time I didn't like the idea of her other basic totems to be destroyed

Love the changes! adding a 5.5% scaling instead of the usual 4% was also a nice addition as it forces the enemy to do more if they want to destroy a totem in the late game.
