Magellan

Cybernetic Construct

Magellan is an off-Support with lot of tools to assist his allies or to distract his enemies. He controlls a Science Vessel, a spaceship with purpose to develop new weapons and technologies and to support forces on the battlefield.

Combat Trait

Science Vessel
Magellan controlls a Science Vessel, enabling him to go over Terrain with 70% Movement Speed, but he can't see through Terrain. He can also move through other units.

Magellan regenerates 5% of his Maximum Mana after he didn't used any abilities for 3 Seconds.

Primary Abilities

Irridiate
Mana Cost: 60
Cooldown: 10 Seconds

Irridiate an enemy, causing it and nearby enemies to take 60 Damage/Second. Lasts 4 Seconds.

Emergency Protocol
Mana Cost: 70
Cooldown: 16 Seconds

Activate to increase your Movement Speed by 25% for 2 Seconds. This Movement Speed Bonus works when moving over Terrain too.

EMP Shockwave
Mana Cost: 100 Mana
Cooldown: 18 Seconds

Launch an EMP Rocket at the targeted location, dealing 120 Damage to enemies and cleansing all Armor Debuff from Allied Heroes and all Armor Buff from Enemy Heroes for 3 Seconds.

Cooldown: 180 Seconds

Teleport after 0.5 Seconds to anywhere. Can only cast if you have 25% or less Health.

Cooldown: 40 Seconds

Casting Defensive Matrix on an allied Hero reduces all Damage taken by him/her to 1 Damage.Lasts for 3 Seconds.

Cannot be used on Magellan.

Mana Cost: 80 Mana
Cooldown: 70 Seconds

Remove all Damage over time effects from you and nearby Allied Heroes upon activation and heal them and you by 30% of their Maximum Health over 3 Seconds.

Talents

Lvl 1

Detector: You get True Sight. You can also see through Terrain and can see enemies in Bushes. Everytime you cast a Basic Ability, increase your Vision Radius by 50% for 5 Seconds and nearby allies Auto Attack Range by 1.5 for 2.5 Seconds.

The Ghost Program: Increase nearby Allied Heroes Mana Regeneration by 50%. After using a Basic Ability increase the Spell Power of nearby Heroes by 5% for 4 Seconds. Can stack up 3 times.

Combat Support: Every 10 Seconds grant nearby allied Heroes 50% Bonus Damage for 1 Basic Attack. After using a Basic Ability grant nearby allied Heroes 10 Armor, but this effect cannot happen more than once in 8 Seconds. Armor lasts 4 Seconds. The Bonus Damage can't stack.

Lvl 4

Studying:

Quest:
Collect 20 Regeneration Globes.
Reward: Every 5 Seconds a Regeneration Globe appears near you. These Regeneration Globes heal for additional 2% of your allies Maximum Health and will damage instead of heal your enemies.

The Power of Science:
Quest: Deal Damage 75 times to enemy Heroes with EMP Shockwave. If you affect a Hero's Armor, you gain 3 Stacks to this Quest.
Reward: Reduce the Cooldown of EMP Shockwave by 4 Seconds. Now you also gain 10% Spell Power for each Hero hit by EMP Shockwave for 3 Seconds, up to 50% for 9 Seconds.

Evacuate: Nearby allied Heroes gain 20% Bonus Movement Speed while Emergency Protocol is active.

Lvl 7

Science Hurts: Increase Irridiate's Area by 30% and its Damage by 3% every time a Hero gets Damaged by it.

Reinforced Ship Plating: Gain 15 Armor during Emergency Protocol.

Improved EMP: EMP Shockwave deals 1000% more Damage to Shields on Heroes.

Lvl 13

Electronic Warfare: Create a Static Field at the area of EMP Shockwave, dealing 45 Damage/Second to all Enemies as long as they remain in its area and granting 15 Armor to allied Heroes for 5 Second upon entering in its area.

Healing Spray: Irradiate now also heals nearby Allies by 120 Health Point for its Duration. Now you can also target allies with Irradiate.

Emergency Repair: Emergency Protocol now lasts 4 Seconds. While Emergency Protocol is active, restore 5% of your Maximum Health.

Lvl 16

Radioactive Contamination: If a non-primary target Enemy Hero stays in the area of Irradiate for 3 Seconds, it spreads to it. Can only happen once per Cast.

Titan Reactor: Increase your Mana Regeneration Bonus to 10% and also reduce all of your Cooldowns by 1.5 Seconds every time you cast a Basic Ability.

Systems Disabled: EMP Shockwave silences Heroes for 3 Seconds.


Lvl 20

Defensive Dome:
Defensive Matrix affects all nearby allied Heroes around the target, but increase it's Cooldown by 10 Seconds. Defensive Matrix now also damages nearby enemies around the target, dealing 10 Damage every Second. This Damage increases by 20 each time it reduces Damage, up to 130.

Healing Drone: A Healing Drone now follows you, healing nearby allies every time you cast a Basic Ability for 5% of their Maximum Health.

Dominion Engineering: Upgrade your Lvl 1 Talent.

Planet Scan: Activate Planet Scan to release a wave from Magellan, revealing the whole map. Enemies caught by the wave will be revealed for 10 Seconds. 30 Seconds Cooldown. Also, increase your vision by 25%. Detector Upgrade.

Shield Generator: Grant 20 Ability Shield too to nearby allied Heroes upon using a Basic Ability for 3 Seconds. Can stack up 2 times. The Ghost Program Upgrade.

Upgraded Weaponry: Passively increase you allies Basic Attack Damage by 25%. Using a Basic Ability grants nearby allied Heroes 75% more Attack Speed. Can stack up 2 times. Combat Support Upgrade.

The ship...out of danger?:While you have 25% or less Health gain the ability to use Warp Drive to teleport after 0.5 Seconds to anywhere. 180 Seconds Cooldown. Cannot be interrupted.

Changes

v1.1

-Removed "Explorer-Class" from lvl 4.
-Added "Evacuate" as a lvl 4 Talent.

-Lvl 16 Radioactive Contamination: Reduced the required time to spread Irradiate from 4 to 3 Seconds.

-Lvl 4 Evacuate: Increased the Bonus Movement Speed from 10% to 20%.

- Stats Published

- Defensive Matrix's Cooldown reduced from 65 to 40 Seconds.

- Defensive Matrix's Duration reduced from 5 to 3 Seconds.

Lvl 20 Defensive Dome: Defensive Matrix now also damages nearby Heroes.
