Terran Reaper

Mjr. Payne is a veteran Terran Reaper, using his speed to deal moderate damage to enemies then quickly retreat from harms reach.

Combat Trait

Combat Drug
Increase movement speed proportional to percentage of health lost, up to 20%. Regenerate 1% of your health every second after not taking damage for 4 seconds.

Primary Abilities

Cooldown: 12 seconds

Fires 2 precision shots at a target dealing 125 damage per shot. Deals 50% extra damage to non-Heroes and Structures.

[W] D-8 Cluster Charge
Mana: 60
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Throw a cluster bomb that deals 120 damage per second to enemies within the target area for 2 seconds (Bomb takes 1 second to prime). Enemies caught within the center of the blast during the initial explosion are stunned for 0.50 seconds.

[E] Enhanced HUD
Mana: 50
Cooldown: 15 seconds

Scan the area, increasing sight range and increasing Basic Attack range towards scanned targets by 30%. Lasts for 5 seconds.

Lift up into the air becoming unstoppable and causing basic attacks to deal 160 damage. Any enemy caught under you while active will be dealt 55 damage per second. Lasts 8 seconds.

Jump to a target location, dealing 100 damage in a line to enemies opposite of your escape vector. Has 2 Charges.

Special Mount

You passively move 20% faster by utilizing your Jump Pack. Activate to increase movement speed by 40% and gain the ability to jump over obstacles for 4 seconds.

Talents

Level 1:
Carpet Bomb: Increase D-8 Cluster Charge radius by 25%.
Pyrotechnic: D-8 Cluster Charge returns 5 mana for each target initially hit.
Keen Eyes: Reduce the cooldown of Enhanced HUD by 5 seconds.
Demolitionist: Basic Attacks against Structures destroy 1 ammo and deal and additional 10% damage.

Level 4:
Top it Off: Increase Combat Drug's movement speed increase to 30% and health regeneration to 1.5%.
Gathering Power: Hero Takedowns increase Ability Power by 2%, to a maximum of 30%. This bonus Ability Power is lost on death.
Detailed Readings: Enhanced HUD duration increased by 2 seconds.
Smoking Gun: Killing an enemy with Double Tap refunds its mana.

Level 7:
Shrapnel: D-8 Cluster Charge deals 25% additional damage to non-Heroic enemies and Structures.
Get Outta Dodge: Reduce the cooldown of Nitro Pack by 10 seconds.
Intent to Kill: Your Basic Attacks deal 200% damage, but your attack speed is proportionately slower.

Level 13:
Special Delivery: Increase the range of D-8 Cluster Charge by 25%.
Crack Shot: Double Tap will now ricochet off the initial target damaging the closest Hero for 50% damage.
Laser Focused: Gain 15% additional Basic Attack damage towards enemies affected by your Enhanced HUD.
