While you have some good ideas, your concepts become pretty generic with abilities such as "deal damage to an enemy in melee range" which is basically just a stronger basic attack with mana cost and cooldown. I see that some talents as well as one ultimate enhances the ability in this case, but they could might as well just enhance his basic attacks in some way. Why not make a more interesting ability?
So how could we make a more interesting ability for this character? Well, a good place to start out is by looking at where he originates from. He has a boss fight in WoW, perfect! By looking at his Wowpedia page, I can guess you already took some inspiration from it when it comes to names and some themes. You have really focused on his cat form, but he has 3 different forms! Why not integrate all of his forms into the character? The hero could be all about managing the switching between his forms, his abilities becoming enhanced depending on which form he last was etc. This would become quite a complicated Hero, and the concept would certainly be harder to make, but it would in the end become a lot more interesting concept - and it would also fit the character better.
Also, I don't think you should call them "complete concepts" if you don't have any icons whatsoever. It's not that hard finding icons, you can just take the icons directly from his abilities in WoW. They're right there in the Wowpedia page! Just click on the icons! (Cat form seems to be missing but there's a Druid ability with the same icon) You can also take other icons from WoW or even WC3 or other games if you find any good ones.
When it comes to the character icon, it can be a bit more tricky because the image has to be square shaped for it to fit. I would find an artwork on him on google, put it in Pixlr (or some other picture editor), crop his face, and finally upload the image to imgur. Like this: http://imgur.com/DaF9syj.jpg
Anyway, my point is that I think it's a lot better to make a few very detailed and thought out concepts, focusing on one at a time, rather than making a lot of barely interesting concepts fast. You've made 13 concepts in just five days! None of them have any icons, and several of them have single target damage dealing abilities. Simplicity is not always wrong, but in a lot of cases it's kind of boring. I'd like to see what you could come up with if you really focus on one hero and flesh it out.
