The brutal and unyielding leader of the Amon-worshipping Tal'darim; No measure is too extreme and no sacrifice too great to appease his risen God. In Combat he relishes in torturing his foes before finishing them off, which makes him a terrible foe to those unlucky enough to be defeated by him.
Concept Summary: Ma'lash portrays the ascendants in the LotV campaign, as such he wields powerful psionic abilities against his enemies but at the cost of a large amount of energy or risking himself to take a lot of damage in return. Also, true to his sadistic nature, his abilities are mostly damage over time and laden with disruption to frustrate his foes or break their will to engage him.

Mark of Amon
Ability Key: D Energy: 50 Cooldown: 20 seconds
Marks an enemy hero for 10 seconds. Whenever you cast an ability near the marked hero or damage them with an ability, a void shade is summoned near the hero that attacks the hero for 5 seconds. The shadow deals 25% of the marked hero's basic attack damage and has 15% of the hero's health.
Note: Void Shades take on the appearance of the marked hero.

Ability Key: Q Energy: 60 Cooldown: 12 seconds
Saturates an enemy's mind with void energy, briefly stunning them and dealing damage over time for 6 seconds. Deals 130 (+4%/level) damage and stuns for 0.5 seconds every 2 seconds.

Overwhelm
Ability Key: W Energy: 75 Cooldown: 10 seconds
(Channeled Ability)
Blasts an area with malefic psionic power that damages and slows enemies massively over time.
Deals 500 damage over 5 seconds and slows up to 75%. The slow decays after 3 seconds when leaving the area of if the ability ends. Can move at 75% speed when channeling.

Blood Shell
Ability Key: E Energy: 50 Cooldown: 10 seconds
Drains the life force of enemies around for 5 seconds and converts it into a shield for that lasts 5 seconds after. Deals 80 (+3%/level) damage to enemies per second and gain a shield equal to 100% of the damage dealt to enemies.
Absorb the target enemy's life essence. Deals 350 (+4%/level) damage to target unit and heals user for 50% of damage inflicted.

Constricting Slime
Ability Key: W Cooldown: 5 seconds (Hybrid Ability)
Sprays slime on nearby enemies, slowing them by 30% for 3.5 seconds.

Psionic Shockwave
Ability Key: E Cooldown: 6 seconds (Hybrid Ability)
Knocks all enemy units away from user, dealing 200 (+4%/level) damage and stunning them for 0.5 seconds.

Plasma Blast
Ability Key: R Cooldown: 8 seconds (Hybrid Ability)
Shoots a ball of bio-plasma toward a target, causing 560 (+4%/level) damage to the first target it collides with and deals 50% damage to nearby enemies.

Twisted Ascension
Ability Key: R Energy: 100 Cooldown: 100 seconds
Temporarily Transform into a Hybrid Behemoth for 22 seconds with a new set of abilities. Gains 30% increased basic attack damage and allows them to deal 50% splash damage but reduces basic attacks to melee range.
Upgrade: Amon's Favor - Gains the Plasma Blast ability, increases movement speed by 25% and increases duration by 3 seconds.

Void Rift
Ability Key: R Energy: 75 Cooldown: 40 seconds
Summons a Void Rift at a target location for 10 seconds. enemies that are within its range have Void Shades summoned upon them every second.
Upgrade: Void Corruption The void rift deals 80 (+4%/level) damage to enemies in the area and reduces cooldown by 10 seconds.
Talents
Tier 1
Blood Hoard (Quest) - each regeneration globe gathered increases mana regeneration by 0.1 and HP regeneration by 0.5.
Reward: After collecting 30 regen globes; passively gain 5% additional ability power
Reconstituting Shell (E) - Blood Shell heals you by 1% of your maximum health every second
Void Lance seems kinda OP, 10% less base dmg should be enough, concept is nice
Havoc aswell as 3*0,5 sec stuns over 6 seconds on a 12 sec CD means 50% uptime of close to permastun (either increase CD or lower the stun duration)
Sadism is broken when u think u can combine it with Void Lance
Chaotic Pulsar and Destruction Beam are amazing, too much amazing. They should increase skill's CD given how huge is the bonus given
There's simply too much combo potential for massive AoE Burst dmg + stun all-in-one
Considering how much ppl are still crying over Li Ming imagine what they would with Malash lol.
With that being said you have my +1 because i overall like ur concept, just needs some numbers tuning
