Masterful Bargaining (Trait): Increase risen minions from 25% to 30% of killed target health and mana. Lingering Shadows (Trait): Risen apparitions last 10 seconds longer. Shadow's Reach (Q): Increases the range of Shadowbolt by 20%.
Tier 2 - Level 4: Gathering Power (Passive): Passively grants 5% ability power. Each Hero takedown increases this bonus by 2% to a maximum of 15%. This bonus Ability Power is reset to 5% on death. Festering Shadows (Trait): Increases the infection time of afflicted targets by 3 seconds. Chaotic Swarm (W): Increases the arc and range of Carrion Swarm by 20%. Reabsorption (E): Consuming more than 3 apparitions doubles health gains from Consume Shadows.

Interesting concept, but a lot about this is over powered and needs balancing, first off his passive needs to be changed. Having every single thing that dies while its active on their person and then have that unit transfer to another lane and push is broken. Second why does shadowbolt go through units when in every single game it is a single target spell? The fact that it goes through all targets and infects them with his passive is to strong. I do not want to go into to much detail but those are the largest issues I have found. That and the Demonic Gateways; do they have a healthbar? Do they have a time limit on how long they last? Because if they are permanent that is far to strong. Just set up a team fight and if its going bad just port away. Needs a lot of balancing if this were to be actually implemented into hots.
This is a really well put together hero and would fit the nexus really well and I would also like to see the talent choices. I can imagine the plays you can make with Demonic Gateway.
Mmh. I get you. I'd have to consider a new name and style for his custom mount, however. -- I'll ponder about this a bit and update the concept soon(tm).
interesting but... i feel something is missing, where is sleep, carrion swarm, vampiric aura, or atleast inferno (summon an infernal that falls from the sky)
