Primary Abilities

Death Charger.
Malthael charges to a location, dealing X to all enemies in its' path.

Decaying Light.
Tethers to an enemy hero, slowing their movement for X%. After X seconds, if the target is still tethered, it will be rooted for X seconds.

Shroud Of Souls.
Surrounds Malthael with souls, dealing X damage every second. lasts for X seconds.
Heroic Abilities

Deaths' Touch.
Marks an enemy Hero for X damage over Y seconds. If the targeted Hero dies while the mark is active, he is resurrected to fight for Malthael for X seconds, gaining Z attack damage. Damage dealt by the Ghost heals malthael for X% of the damage dealt.

Releases a Fog of death, dealing X damage every second to every enemy caught in its' path. lasts X seconds.
i know that this is what people think about him when they envision him. I'm thinking about more of a DoT kinda build because we have more than enough assassins in the game.
So why doing Assassinish looking Hero? You have a lot of options instead of Malth for a tankish hero - monk (alternate to this one we'll receive), crus (alternate to Johanna, maybe some male with Akkaratt), Izual, Ghom (that would be really interesting hero :) ), Rakanoth, plenty of Rift Guardians, someone from D2/1 (that smithes from act1) etc...
his sustainability is too high unless the % percentages are very low, which will be underpowered and useless, try making him into a assassin class since his look is more of a assassin instead of a tank because malthael seems more of a DPS with lifesteal capabilities
