TIER 1
Gluttony (Quest) - Collect 30 Regeneration Globes. Regeneration Globes grant 10 max Health and 1 HP regeneration/second. Up to 300 health and 30 health regen.
Reward: Regeneration Globes grant restore 100% more health and mana.
Cleaving Reach (Quest) - Destroy 100 minions or 5 defensive structures (towers, keeps or wells).
Reward: Increases The Flayer's cleave damage by 10% and increases the splash damage area by 50%.
Raze (W) - Structures hit by Rain of Fire lose 1 ammo with each hit.
TIER 2
Erode (Q) - Brutal Fissure explodes a second time after 2 seconds dealing 132 (+4%/level) damage and slows enemies hit by 20% for 1.5 seconds.
Fire and Brimstone (W) - increases the damage dealt by Rain of Fire to non-heroic enemies and structures by 50%
Echoed Howl (E) - Increases the range of howl of terror by 50% but only reduces the damage of enemies in the extended area by 15%
TIER 3
Burning Ground (Q) - Brutal fissure also covers the area with flames that deal 120 (+4%/level) damage over 4 seconds.
Soul Drain (E) - Gain a shield equal to 6% of your health for each enemy hero hit by Howl of Terror.
Headlong Rush (Z) - Increases charge range by 1 and your next basic attack deals 50% more damage after charging an enemy.
TIER 4 (See Heroic Abilities)
TIER 5
Corrupting Fire (W) - Burning enemies are slowed by 20%.
Deep Breath (E) - Adds a 0.5 second delay to Howl of Terror but sucks in enemies in range during that time.
Enraged Regeneration - Activate to instantly heal you for 15% of your max HP and an additional 20% over 10 seconds.
TIER 6
Seismic Spike (Q) - Now creates a wave of rock spikes that knocks enemies into the air for 0.5 seconds and deals an additional 50 (+4%/level) damage when hitting the ground. (note: applies the slow/stun after hitting the ground)
Shattering Rain (W) - Adds an additional wave of Fire and each hit decreases the armor of enemies by 5.
Unstoppable Charge (Z) - Become unstoppable for 1.5 seconds when charging an enemy.
TIER 7

Lingering Shadow (See Heroic Abilities)
Reincarnation - If Mannoroth dies with at least 100 mana left, His death timer is reduced by 50%.
Decimate - You may now activate The Flayer to increase your next basic attack damage by 100% (15 second cooldown) and passively increases basic attack damage by 20%.
