( This Hero Concept is based on a Fan-Created Non-Cannon World of Warcraft Character )
Bio:
Tyrone Acersteel was a gnome who had his mind in places other than just in machinery and cogs. He aspired to become a known Archaeologist but also wanted to bring pride to his family name. Once he has passed the Engineer's test and claimed the title as Master Engineer, he quickly abandoned his career and started to pursue his dream of becoming an Archaeologist. This would eventually lead him to the lands of Uldum, years before the adventurers of Azeroth sat foot there - Deep within a vault which is now lost to time, Tyrone discovered an ancient Titan artifact. One which held the powers of shadows and passing trough time and dimensions. Upon claiming the artifact, Tyrone was given it's powers and a voice which sounded old as the world itself told him that he had acclaimed one of the twelve Titan gifts and that with this gift, he would bring right to those who did wrong. With the powers to travel dimensions, Tyrone would eventually end up in the Nexus - a place where life and death seemed to mean little. This would be the perfect grounds for Tyrone to try out and master his new powers, allowing him to become stronger while defeating those who would bring harm to him or his newfound allies. However: as other members of Azeroth also would seem to be fighting, Tyrone falsely titled himself and brought upon a new name that would hide his real identity: Knight Meta.
(Yes, this is a parody of an already existing fictional character. 10 points to the first one guesses who, not that it's hard.)
Role:
Meta takes up the role as a melee assassin who excels at engaging and disengaging. This however comes at the cost of a low health pool and general weak auto attack damage.
Baste stats:
- Base Health: 1587 (+4 % per level)
- Health regen: 3.79 (+4 % per level)
- Mana: 500 (+ 4% per level)
- Mana regen: 3
- Speed: 4.39
Basic attack:
Knight Meta attacks foes with his two one handed Swords
- Base damage: 45 (+4 % per level)
- Attack speed: 1.8
- Attack range: 1.25
Combat Trait

R - Dimensional Force
Activate: Slip into the realm of shadows for 5 seconds. Doing this will clear Meta of all damage over time effects. During these 5 seconds, Meta can not use abilities, can pass trough other units and terrain, can not be harmed by any form of damage and can not be revealed by any means. Knight Meta however can see the world around him as per usual. Re-activating this ability will cancel the effect.
Passive:Reduce Ability Damage taken by 15%
Quest: Successfully landing basic attacks VS hostile heros within 1.5 seconds of exiting the realm of shadows will increase your movement speed while inside the realm of shadows by 1%
Reward: After landing 15 basic attacks within the timer - Using Dimensional Force will clear you of any crowd controlling effect.
Reward: After landing 30 basic attacks within the timer - The cooldown on Dimensional Force will be reuced by 0.1 seconds for each time you take damage.
Reward: After landing 45 basic attacks within the timer - You can now remain within the realm of shadows permanently.
The cooldown does not start until you exit the realm.
Mana: 0 Cooldown: 30 Seconds.
Primary Abilities

Q - Flurry of Blades
Start a stand-stil channel which lasts for 2.5 seconds. During this time you will flail your swords around you, dealing damage equal to your basic attack to everyone within 4 range each 0.25 seconds. During Flurry of Blades, you will counter attack and negate basic attacks and projectile-based abilities.
Mana: 35 Cooldown: 16 Seconds.

W - Shadow Twiser
Start a 2.5 second channel in which you can move at 15% increased speed. During this time you will deal damage equal to you basic attack to all units within 3 range each 0.25 seconds. Each unit hit by this ability will have their movement speed slowed down by 10% for 1 second. Taking 8 ticks of damage from Shadow Twister will stun the target for 0.75 seconds.
Mana: 40 Cooldown: 10 Seconds.

E - Warp Cape
Teleport from your current location to a selected location. Doing so will cause Knight Meta to slip into the realm of shadows for the brief moment spendt on teleporting. Upon ending the teleport, you will deal 274 (+ 4% per level) damage to all hostile units close to your landing point. This will also root any targets hit for 1 second.
Mana: 55 Cooldown: 12 Seconds.
Heroic Abilities

R - In the dark of night
Instantly extend your cloak within a frontal cone, attempting to catch a hostile hero within it. If no hero get's caught, In the dark of night will fail to function and will be placed on it's cooldown.
If an enemy hero get's caught, it will shroud the battlefield in night. Stunning everything on the entire map as it all slowly fades into dark. Once covered in total darkness, Knight Meta will lash out and strike all heroes caught within the cloaks range for 750 (+ 4% per level) damage. All other hostile units on the battlefield will also take anywhere from 110 - 600 (+ 4% per level) damage depending on how far away from Knight Meta they are.
Multiple heroes can be caught in the cloak.
Mana: 80 Cooldown: 120 Seconds.

R - Nightmare Drill
After a 0.5 second channel, you will start propelling forward for a maximum of 10 seconds. Each 0.5 seconds you will deal 105 (+ 4% per level) damage to any hostile unit within range. While propelling forward you move at 20% increased movement speed and can slowly turn left or right to alter your course. If you collide with terrain, the Nightmare Drill will end and emit a shadow blast around the point of impact, dealing 479 (+ 4% per level) damage to all hostile units within range.
Mana: 95 Cooldown: 100 Seconds.
Special Mount

Z - Wings of the Shadow Realm
Transform your cloak into a pair of bat-like wings, allowing you to move at mount speed while hoovering just above ground level.
Talents
Level 1
- Killing Experience - Quest: Every Minion you kill gives you 0.2 Attack Damage. Every Takedown gives 1 Basic Attack Damage.
Reward: Once you reach 30 Attack Damage, receive an additional 10 Attack damage and the possibility to activate this ability for a 15% increase in basic attack speed for 3 seconds.
- Death Vortex - Quest:Stunning heroes with Shadow Twister will empower it, increasing the slow effect by 0.5%
Reward - 10 Stuns:Shadow Twister'sstun effect now lasts for 1.25 second.
Reward - 20 Stuns:Movement speed bonus increased to 30%
Reward - 30 Stuns: Gain 1 more range of effect and lower the ticks needed to stun by 2.
- Master of Cloaking - Quest: Successfully rooting heroes with Warp Cape will empower it, increasing it's damage by 2%
Reward - 20 Roots:Increase the root effect by 0.5 seconds.
Reward - 30 Roots:Reduce Warp Cape'scooldown by 3 seconds.
- Marching Doom: You can now move at regular speed during Flurry of Blades.
Level 4
- Deadly Calm: Flurry of Blades now reflects all damage negated back to the closest hostile unit. Heroes is prioritized over minions and mercenaries.
- Covering all angles: Flurry of Blades now negates all forms of damage and crowd control effects while it's active.
- Time and again: HalfenFlurry of Blades'sCooldown.
Level 7
- Isolating the weak: When exiting the realm of shadows next to a hostile hero with no allies of either two within 7 range, instantly stun the hero for 1.5 seconds and lash out basic attacks each 0.25 seconds while the target is stunned.
- Shadows from within: For the first 5 seconds after entering the realm of shadows, you will slow the movement speed of hostile heroes close to you by 50%
- Leaking Rage: For the first 5 seconds after entering the realm of shadows, you will cause damage equal to 4% of a heros maximum health each second to the two closest hostile heroes.
Level 10 - R (Ultimates)
- In the dark of night
- Nightmare drill.
Level 13
- Never ending whirl: Extend the duration of Shadow Twister by 0.25 seconds for each hero you hit while it's active.
- Bloodied Force: When Shadow Twister ends, all targets damaged by it will take damage over 3 seconds equal to 75% of all damage taken during the Twister.
- The Shadows Call: If Warp Caperoots at least 2 heroes, it can be re-cast again for free. If this free cast roots at least 3 heroes it can be free-cast again, this effect can then be re-applied as long as the number of hero units hit is increased by 1 for each time.
- Illusions of Shadows: When Warp Cape ends, leave three copies of yourself which will wander around for 3 seconds. These copies can soak damage but will deal no damage.
Level 16
- Rend by Darkness: All units hit by Warp Cape will have their armor lowered by 25 for 3 seconds.
- Double Force: Shadow Twister will cause all hostile units hit to slowly be pulled towards the center of the Twister while nearby allied units gains 25% movement speed while close to the Twitser.
- Obtain and return: Once active, you will cause 75% of all damage taken over the next 4 seconds to deal damage to hostile units and to heal allied units. The amount healed and damaged is balanced out depending on how many allied or hostile units that is within close proximity. Cooldown: 60 Seconds.
Level 20
- Know my power: Double the range, cloak damage and map damage of In the dark of night. Each hero caught in the main cloak also reduces the cooldown by 5 seconds each.
- In charge of the chaos: Nightmare Drill can now be moved like you would regularly move, allowing for snap movement. You can now also re-activate the ability to forcefully end it and cause it's area blast at your current location.
- Arsenal of Demise: Instantly reset the cooldown on all your basic abilities. 60 Seconds cooldown.
- Allies within the dark: Entering the realm of shadows will cause all nearby allied heroes to enter it with you. When exiting the realm, all allied heroes will gain 30 Armor for 3 seconds.
- Reach of the dark realm: Increase your basic attack range by 1.75 and cause your basic attacks to deal 25% more damage.
