Mephisto [Full Concept]

Lord of Hatred

Mephisto, the Lord of Hatred, is the eldest of the Prime Evils.
He's brother of Diablo and Baal and deals primarly with undead creations.
Mephisto is presumed to be the most intelligent, strategic and analytical out of the 3 Prime Evils, 
his domains are mainly Undead, Lightning, Ice and Poison althought he's a melee fighter

He looks like an undead floating spirit and he's constantly surrounded by a dangerous aura that resembles souls in eternal agony

EDIT 1:
- Added Radius and Range infos on all skills
- Added Mana cost to Trait and removed 50% bonus dmg

EDIT 2:
- Added all talents
- Reduced Frost Nova slow and freeze effects from 4 to 3 seconds

EDIT 3:
- Added all icons from Diablo 2

Combat Trait

Shroud of Hatred
Always active,
Cost (when affecting only allied minions): 5 mana/sec
Cost (when affecting also enemy minions): 10 mana/sec

Radius: Like Arthas' Frozen Tempest, maybe 10-15% bigger

Mephisto is constantly enveloped in some kind of evil aura that corrupts anything and anyone that comes in contact with it.

Enemy minions and mercenaries that are under his Trait's effect start fighting each other.
Allied minions and mercenaries that are under his Trait's effect will resurrect as skeletons after dying and will keep fighting until defeated again.

Primary Abilities

Charged Bolts
Cost: 60 mana
Cooldown: 8 seconds
Cone like Stitches' Slam, maybe 15% longer

Release a barrage of lightning bolts in a big cone in front of you dealing 180 (+4% per level)

Frost Nova
Cost: 75 mana
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Radius like Johanna's Condemn

Release a Frost Nova that deals 131 damage (+4% per level), 
Freezes enemy minions and mercenaries in place for 3 seconds,
Heroes are slowed by 50% for 3 seconds

Poison Cloud
Cost: 35 mana
Cooldown: 6 seconds
Radius like Johanna's Condemn

Release a cloud of poison around you that deals 40 damage/sec (+4% per level) and persists for 4 seconds, enemies within it have their Attack Speed reduced by 20%

Heroic Abilities

Frozen Orb
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 80 seconds
Range like Lunara's Thornwood Vine

Url a Frozen Orb of death, the 1st enemy hit takes 700 damage (+4% per level) and is slowed by 60% for 4 seconds, if it hits a structure it deals 50% more damage and freezes it for 6 seconds

Corrupt Soul
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 120 seconds
Range like Diablo's Overpower

Touch the enemy Hero and corrupt his soul, for 4 seconds AI takes control of that Hero and it will attack his allies with the following rules:

- Player will lose control of the corrupted hero (like when Gorged by Stitches)
- Corrupted Hero will have 50% increased Auto Attack damage and 20% movement speed
- Corrupted Hero will have is mana drained by 50% of his maximum mana at the end of effect
- Corrupted Hero will NOT use any of his skills
- Mephisto's team cannot attack the Corrupted Hero until the end of the effect
- Enemy team can damage the Corrupted Hero but it will take 50% less damage from all sources

Dude, his Combat Trait is just so OP. Having this guy on the lane will make the opposing team's lane minionless. It's like you made Sylvanas' Possession heroic ability temporary and into a trait that doesn't need to be casted. I suggest that you remove that part of the trait because it's just too OP.

I'll slightly edit it but keep in mind that its range is short, like Arthas' E, therefore Mephisto have to overextend and put himself in dangerrous position to make good use of it, any early lane bully like Thycus or Zagara can force him back rendering the Trait far less powerful

EDIT:
Made the following changes:
Added Mana cost when Trait is affecting minions,
Removed the 50% bonus dmg to enemy minions when attacking each other (will probably turn this into a talent)

PS: It's Sylvanas' Possession that is completely **** btw, not this Trait being OP :p

I suggest that you can make that trait toggleable so you won't get your mana drained by just going near enemy minions.
