Basic abilities apply Arcane Magic to any heroes hit, increasing damage taken from Millhouse by 2.5%, stacking up to 10 times. Additionally Millhouse gains 5% movespeed for each enemy Hero affected by Arcane Magic, up to 15% bonus.
Both effects last 7 seconds.

Arcane Orb
Millhouse fires an orb in a line that does X to enemies, exploding for 125% X damage at the first Hero hit. Applies 1 stack of Arcane Magic to any Heroes hit.
Cooldown: 4 seconds.
Cost: 40 mana.

Arcane Blast
After a brief delay Millhouse blasts target area with arcane magic, dealing X damage to all enemies caught in the area. After 1 second the area explodes again, dealing 33% X damge and rooting for 1.25 seconds. Applies 1 stack of Arcane Magic on each instance of damage.
Cooldown: 6 seconds.
Cost: 45 mana.

Arcane Barrage
Launch 3 bolts of arcane energy at the target dealing a total of X damage. If the target is killed, any remaining bolts are redirected to the closest enemy (prioritizes heroes) and 50% of the cooldown and manacost are refunded. Applies 1 stack of Arcane Magic on each bolt.
Cooldown: 6 seconds.
Cost: 60 mana.

Supernova
Create a ring of arcane energy at target area which pulses every second and deals X damage slowing enemies by 99% for 0.1 seconds. Lasts 5 seconds. Each pulse applies a stack of Arcane Magic.

Evocation
Millhouse channels for 3.5 seconds, rapidly regenerating his mana. After completing the channel Millhouse becomes supercharged, reducing basic ability cooldowns by 2 seconds for each time they hit an enemy hero.
I went for a spellslingy playstyle (sort of hit and run) that makes use of spammy basic abilities. Jaina's Ice Lance talent (reduced Frostbolt cooldown to 2 sec if target is frostbitten) seemed interesting but the rest of her spells are on a REALLY long cooldown so it doesn't fit her. Millhouse, however, can constantly fire spells at his opponents which makes them more susceptible to any further spells.
My idea was that with a spammy playstyle and a ramping damage he would need to invest time and mana to get to the big numbers.
His heroics serve different purposes:
Supernova - You are supposed to try to fight while the area is pulsing as it ramps up your damage really quick and offers a little bit of disruption.
Evocation - Emphasizes your spammy spellslinger playstyle. Cast all basic abilities, regen your mana and join back with reduced cooldowns!
