every time when you basic attack you cool down not only yourself but your ally's primary abilities by one sec near you (all of the primary abilities)

Primary Abilities

it's raynor's ability except it affects to the nearest enemy hero to slow them down by 5% (movement speed and basic attacks) 50 mana 5 sec cooldown

mana's cooldown
basically it lowers your ally's primary abilities cool down by one sec 70 mana 10 sec cooldown

manas finest
lowers your ally's usage of mana by 30% (only works on their primary abilities) 70 mana 10 sec cooldown

Heroic Abilities

using this heroic ability ensures that your ally's don't need mana for 10 secs on their primary abilities and they don't wait as long as their normal primary abilities cool down (so if you are near this heroic ability you would only need to wait 2 secs to use your abilities) and your movement speed is increased by 10% 180 mana 100 sec cooldown

SIEGE STORM
all forts and keeps don't work anymore only if you're near it (basically like the raven lords curse except it's smaller) 90 mana 100 sec cooldown
