A wide area around Millhouse is invested by arcane power dealing 860 (333 + 4% per level) to all enemies hero.
If at least 1 enemy hero is hitten, all alive enemy heroes gain 1 charge of spell sheld, absorbing 75% of magic damage, wherever they are that last 45 seconds.

Cooldown: 8 seconds
Target become a sheep, slowing by 25% Movement Speed, cannot attack and is Silenced making them unable to use Abilities for 1.25 seconds.
When the silence effect stops, the hero returned into is normal form gains +5% Attack Speed and +5% Spell Power for 2 seconds.
