Slipstream
Evocation can now be channeled while moving, and you gain 10% movement speed for the duration. Chrono Shift
Arcane Barrage now slows its primary target by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If it hits an enemy, your movement speed is increased by 50% for 1.5 seconds. Prismatic Barrier (!) Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your maximum Mana by 15. (!) Reward: After gathering 20 Globes, gain the active ability Prismatic Barrier, which grants you a shield equal to 100% of your missing Mana.
Tier 2 Talents
Rune of Power Cooldown: 30 seconds
Place down a rune of power, which grants you 25% Spell Power while you stay near it. Lasts 10 seconds. Incanter's Flow
Cycle between 5% and 15% Spell Power every 5 seconds. Unstable Magic
Upon hitting an enemy, Arcane Blast deals 50% of its damage to enemies around its target.
Tier 3 Talents
Charged Up Cooldown: 15 seconds
Activate to gain 4 Arcane Charges and refresh the cooldown of Arcane Barrage. Ascension
Evocation causes an explosion around you that deals 25% of the Mana restored. You are Unstoppable while channeling Evocation. Arcane Mastery
Each Arcane Charge increases your spell damage by an additional 5%.
Heroic Tier Talents
Arcane Power
Gain greatly reduced Mana costs and replace Arcane Barrage with Arcane Missiles for a short time. Nether Tempest

Tier 5 Talents
Erosion
The primary target of your Arcane Blast has their Armor reduced by 5 for 4 seconds, down to 15. Temporal Flux
Each 10 Mana spent reduces the cooldown of your Heroic Ability by 0.1 seconds. Presence of Mind
After casting Shimmer, your next Arcane Blast is free and deals 50% increased damage.
Tier 6 Talents
Mana Shield 15% of the damage you take is dealt to your Mana instead. Increase your Mana Regeneration by 100%. Resonance
Each bounce of Arcane Barrage deals 10% increased damage. Here and There
Blinking back to your original position with Shimmer reduces its remaining cooldown by 2 seconds and refunds half of its Mana cost.
Storm Tier Talents
Overpowered
Arcane Power lasts 100% longer, and its cooldown is reduced by 50%. Supernova
Nether Tempest Slows all enemies inside by 50% and deals 10% increased damage for every enemy inside. Arcane Fortitude
Evocation is no longer channeled, and you gain 25 Armor for its duration.
