Mira Han

Mercenary Leader

Background: Mira Han (alias: Mira Horner) is a terran mercenary, crime lord, and the leader of Mira's Marauders. When not clearing lanes and engaging team fights, Mira spends her free time interacting with the local denizens of the Nexus, bribing or coercing them to join her new Paramilitary Army.

Design Philosophy: A sort of Rambo in the nexus, Mira brings utility as well as pushing power to her teammates. She can lay down suppressive fire on enemies in an area to slow and damage them, hurl flashbang's at enemy heroes to break their advance or use her rocket launcher to cause chaos on the battlefield. Utilizing an ammunition system for her abilities, Mira must take inventory of her gear before committing in a fight as running out of ammunition in the middle of a fight can spell disaster for the whole team.

Combat Trait

Mercenary Contractor
Ability Key: D

Each enemy minion killed grants a stack of Bribe (Hero takedowns give 10) and can hold up to 80 stacks. Spend 20 (60 for support camps) points to instantly defeat a mercenary and grant twice the experience. If a whole mercenary camp is captured this way, the camp deals 20% more damage and takes 25% reduced damage from all sources.

Armory (Passive): Ability charge cooldowns are reduced to 10 seconds and replenishes all charges while in the Hall of Storms.

(Channeling)

Maintain sustained gun fire at a target area that gradually slows and damages enemies over 4 seconds. Deals 85 (+4%/level) damage per second and slows by 15% per second up to 60% for 2 seconds. Mira can move at 75% movement speed while firing.

Flashbang
Ability Key: W

Usage Cooldown: 2 seconds
Charge Cooldown: 30 seconds/charge

Throws a grenade that explodes on an area that silences enemies for 1 second and reduces their vision range to 1 that decays over 3 seconds.

Stinger Rocket
Ability Key: E
Charges: 2
Usage Cooldown: 3 seconds
Cooldown: 30 seconds/charge

Launches a rocket at a target direction and explodes on the first enemy it collides with, dealing 359 (+4%/level) damage to it and nearby enemies and knocks them back a short distance. Deals 50% more damage to structures and destroys 4 ammo.

Secondary Abilities

Stim Cocktail
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Lose 5% of your maximum health but recover 40% of your maximum health over 10 seconds.

Remote Detonation Pack
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Places a remote controlled explosive at a target location that arms and stealths after 3 seconds. Reactivate to detonate to deal 547 (+4%/level) damage to enemies around the explosive in a large area, does not explode when destroyed.

Only one (1) can be active at a time. Planting a new charge deactivates the previous one.

Salvaged Blink Pack
Cooldown: 45 seconds

Teleports Mira forward in the target direction. Has a 50% chance to malfunction and cause one of the following effects:

- Break down and increase the cooldown by 60 seconds after Teleporting
- Teleport Mira 50% farther
- Teleport Mira to back to the hall of storms and increase the cooldown by 15 seconds.
- Generate an explosion that deals 200 (+4%/level) damage to nearby enemies at the target location

Heroic Abilities

Spacestation Decommission
Ability Key: R
Cooldown: 100 seconds

Calls down a derelict space station to crash into a target location after 3 seconds. On impact it deals 325(+4%/level) damage to enemies and pushes them away from the station. The space station remains for another 3 seconds blocking the path of all units and finally explodes dealing an additional 215 (+4%/level) damage.

Upgrade: EMP Detonation
When the space station detonates nearby enemy buildings, mercenaries and minions are disabled for 10 seconds. Enemy heroes are slowed by 25% for 3 seconds.

Lock - On
Ability Key: R
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Locks onto a target using Mira's Bionic eye and reduces their armor by 35 for 10 seconds or until the target moves out of range. Casting Suppressive Fire automatically fires all shots at the target and stinger rocket now homes in on the target. Can move and use other abilities while the ability is active. Can switch targets while the ability is active by recasting the ability.

Upgrade: Trigger Happy

Replenishes all Stinger Rocket charges upon activation and removes Suppressive Fire's cooldown while Lock-On is active.

Talents

Level 1
Health Insurance (Trait): Nearby friendly minions and mercenaries regenerate 2.5% of their maximum health per second.

Angry Mob (Trait): Upon destroying a building or a hero takedown, nearby minions and mercenaries gain 50% increased attack speed for 10 seconds.

Ammunition Hoppers (Trait): All charges are instantly replenished upon using hearthstone. This effect has a 10 second cooldown.

Level 4
Incendiary Grenade (W): Flashbang now sets the ground on fire dealing 200 (+4%/level) damage over 5 seconds.

Photon Overload (W): Flashbang now blinds the target for 2 seconds.

Vacuum Implosion (W): Flashbang now sucks in units toward the center of the explosion (does not stun).

Level 7
Medical Module (Quest): Collect 15 regeneration globes. Each regeneration globe increases health regeneration by 1.
Reward: Gain the Stim Cocktail active ability.

Remote Detonation Pack (Active): Places a remote controlled explosive at a target location that arms and stealths after 3 seconds. Detonate to deal 347 (+4%/level) damage to enemies around the explosive in a large area, does not explode when destroyed.

Double Dealer (Trait): Use 30 stacks of bribe to convert an enemy mercenary to your side and restore it's health to full and gain the full benefits of Mercenary Contractor.

Level 10 (See Heroic Abilities)

Level 13
Retribution Rounds (Q): Deals 50% more damage to heroes but decreases area of effect by 20%.

Anti-Phase Rounds (Q): Increases damage against shields by 200% and removes invulnerable or protected effects from enemies hit but reduces the duration by 1 second.

Dragonflame Rounds (Q): Increases area of effect by 50% but reduces damage by 20%.

Tier 6
Anti-Tank Warhead (E): Enemy heroes take an additional 10% of their maximum health as damage.

Javelin Launcher (E): The rocket now pierces through all enemies in its path but reduces the explosion's area of effect by 50%

Burst Fire (Passive): After not attacking for 8 seconds, Mira's next basic attack fires 3 shots rapidly.

Camouflage (Passive): After being in cover for 3 seconds become stealthed that lasts for 7 seconds after leaving cover.
