Mira Han (Vulture)

Cutthroat Mercenary

Hey, she's the one who gives you Vultures, so why not?


I started with the base Vulture unit, then filled in the blanks with Mr. Grimm from Twisted Metal.

Role: Ranged Assassin intended to roam for Hit-And-Run attacks.


Stats :
Basic Attack Damage: 41 (+9)
HP: 625 (+110)
Mana: 500 (+10)
Difficulty: Hard - Very Hard

Bike: 
Four Rocket Engines instead of two.
Auto-Cannons look more like Tychus' Chaingun, rather than the standard Goliath gun look.
More decals, including the Raynor's Raiders and Horde symbols.
Amusing vanity plate, changes between variations (FRG-FST, LHYT-SPD, and YUR-NXT respectively)
 
Mira: 
Wearing Ghost Googles and an additional Grenade Bandolier
 
Color Variations (for standard and Master):
1: Gray with Pink
2: Blue with Yellow
3: Red with Black

D - Karnage Vulture
Moves 20% faster then most heroes and has a slim, but long frame.

Primary Abilities

Q - Ricochet Bomb
(Skillshot) Fires a bomb that deals 52 (+14) damage in a small AoE and can bounce off Doodads and Friendly Buildings to increase damage to 120 (+30) and adds a 1 second stun. More bounces can be added with talents, further increasing damage and stun time. Bomb can't be damaged but expires after 6 seconds. Mana Cost: 40. Cooldown: 10

W - Concussion Grenade
(AoE) Fires a Concussion Grenade that deals 40 (+14) damage and applies a 60% slow that fades out after 1.5 seconds (Like E.T.C.'s Face Smelt). Mana Cost: 50. Cooldown: 12

E - Auto-Guns
(Targeted) An Auto-Turret attached to the Vulture fires at a selected target dealing 190 (+60) damage over 5 seconds. Has the same range as your basic attack. Can move and attack while Auto-Cannons is active. Can be retargeted by reactivating the ability. Stuns cancel Auto-Cannons, unless a late game talent is taken. Mana Cost: 60. Cooldown: 12

Retarget the Auto-Guns at a different target. Cooldown: 1.

R - Panic Fire
Fire your current number of rockets now. Mana Cost: 0. Cooldown : 1. 

Heroic Abilities

R - Shuriken
(Skillshot) Fires a "Shuriken" that explodes for 320 (+70) damage to the main target and 110 (+30) damage to nearby targets. Long Range. If the "Shuriken" hits nothing by the end of it's range, it fizzles away. Mana Cost: 100. Cooldown: 60

R - H.A.L.O. Rockets
(Targeted) After selecting a target, begin charging a homing rocket strike that fires more rockets the longer it's charged. Each Rocket deals 35 (+10). Max of 15 Rockets at 5 seconds, 3 Rockets are generated every second. Can move and attack, but not use other abilities while charging. Rockets in fight have an infinite range, but can be juked  Can be reactivated to fire the rockets early. Initial targeting has a Semi-Long range, Charging targeting has a long range comparable to Azmodan's Infernal globe. Mana Cost: 100. Cooldown: 70.

Z - Ion Thrusters
Gain 40% increased movement speed for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 45

Level 1 talents

D: Evasive Driving - As long as you are moving, you have an 40% chance to dodge Ranged Basic Attacks, negating all damage. Does not apply to Structures, Siege Mercs, and Catapults.
E: Auto-Loader - Reduces Cooldown by 3 seconds.
Q: Shaped Blast - Bouncing also increases AoE and AoE damage by 50%.
Q: Smart Bomb - Bounces off Enemy Structures rather then exploding on them.
Demolitionist

Level 4 Talents

Road Warrior - Focused Attack, but the cooldown is reduced by moving instead.
W: Louder Then Everything Else - Increases AoE by 50%.
E: Lock On Targeting - Increases range by 15%.
Gathering Power.

Level 7 talents

W: Deaf Forever - Fade out takes an Additional 1.5 seconds. 
Z: Riding on the Wind - Reduces Cooldown by 10 seconds. Thrusters are always active while at the Altar 
Z: Burnin' up the Road - Leaves a trail of flame behind you the deals 30 (+10) damage and applies a 15% slow for 0.5 seconds.
D: Live Fast, Die Old - As long as you are moving, heal 2% of you max heath every second.
Q: Bouncing Betty - Each additional bounce increases damage by 20% and the stun time by 0.4 seconds, max of 3 stacks.

Painkiller (Giant Killer)
W: High Impact - Also Knocks Back.
E: Mega-Guns - Turrets fire 100% faster, but duration is reduced by 2.5 seconds. This makes the ability deal the same damage in a shorter amount of time.
D: Speed Freak - Gain 20% increased movement speed after not taking damage for 4 seconds.
Spell Shield

Level 16 talents

Executioner 
D: Full Throttle Fighter - As long as you are moving, your basic ability cooldowns regenerate 60% faster, including Ion Trusters.
E: Raging Machine - Stuns do not stop Turrets from firing.
Z: Motörhead - Increases duration by 2 seconds and makes you Unstoppable for 1 second.
Stoneskin

Level 20 talents

R1: BOOMerang- At the end of it's range, the Shuriken returns to Mira. It it hits an enemy while returning, it deals 100% extra damage. If it successfully returns to Mira, it's cooldown is reduced by 70 Seconds.
R2: Electric Eye - Increases Charging range by 75% and can be charged for an additional 3 seconds, firing more rockets.

Hellrider Mira

 
Story: The Infernal Outrider... Frame crafted from the bones of countless fallen... Engine powered by a thousand souls... Fueled by the blood of the guilty and innocent alike... Truly this godless machine would have wrought unfathomable destruction upon Sanctuary, had the Demon Hunter Mira Han not stolen it from under the nose of the Burning Hells.
 
Appearance: In basic terms, a mix between the Horde Azeroth Chopper, a Fel Reaver, and the cover of Motörhead's ******atron Album. Mira herself would be dressed similar to Valla.
 
Variations: Red with Orange, Pink with Purple, and Black with Yellow.

Changes: Basic attacks would be Fireballs instead of grenades.
Ricochet Bomb is a Bladed Metal Skull
Concussive Grenade resembles a Blood Star.
Auto-Cannons are replaced by magical spires on the back of the Outrider and fires a beam resembling Azmodan's All Shall Burn
Shuriken is replaced with a Burning, Screaming Soul
H.A.L.O. Rockets are replaced with Flaming Skulls resembling the Lost Souls for DooM.


Azeroth Chopper Mira

Appearance: 

Mira riding the Alliance Azeroth Chopper, wearing the full Deathmantle set. 

Weapons look Gnome designed, particularly the turrets, which are repurposed Spider Tank guns.

Variations: Blue with YellowBlack and Purple, White and Pink.
