Level 1
- Quick Lance: Ice Lance can be cast again for free within 2 seconds of casting the first one.
- Ice Storage: Icicles now caps out on 10 up from 5.
- Useful Overflow: Each time an
ability is suppose to generate an
Icicle when you have
5 active, the
"suppose to be" generated Icicle will instead
return 2% of your total mana and make your next
Icicle free of mana cost.
- Ice Floes: Whenever you become
rooted or slowed, you will
cleanse yourself. This effect has a
30 second cooldown.
Level 4
- Lance Master: Quest: Hitting heroes with the direct damage from
Ice Lance will empower it.
Reward: 5 Hero Hits: Ice Lance can travle further.
Reward: 10 Hero Hits: Reduce the mana cost by 50%
Reward: 20 Hero Hits: Ice Lance now pierces and will always travle it's full distance unless it hits a structure.
- Ice Nova: Emit a
Ice Nova from a chosen hostile hero, allied hero or yourself. The
Nova deals
503 (+ 4% per level) damage to any hostile unit hit (This includes the one you chose to emit the Nova from) and
roots any hostile units damaged for 0.75 seconds.

Charge Cooldown: 12 Seconds.
This
replaces Frost Nova.
- Frost Bomb: Place a
Frost Bomb on the chosen target which deals
496 (+ 4% per level) damage over 4 seconds, then the
Bomb explodes, dealing
501 (+ 4% per level) damage to all nearby enemies. All units hit by the explosion will be
slowed down for 35% for 2 seconds.
Mana: 55
Cooldown: 12 Seconds.
This
replaces Ice Orb.
- Ice Barrier: Activate to gain a
750 (+ 4% per level) health shield.
Cooldown: 30 Seconds.
Level 7
/
- Expansive Frost: Frost Nova / Ice Nova affects a
30% wider area.
- Slippery: Icicles takes
half the time to launch from
Modera.
- Ramp it up: Hitting the same hero
3 times in a row with
Ice Lance will cause
the third one to deal 125% increased damage. If Ice Lance hits another hero the counter will be reset.
- Solo Fortitude: When
no other allied hero is within 7 range of you, you will
ignore the first attack you take from an enemy hero. This effect has a
10 second cooldown.
Level 10 (R - Ultimates)
- Comet Storm.
- Ice Form
Level 13

- Frozen Core: Ice Orb deals
150% more damage if only a single hostile hero takes damage from it /
Frost Bomb detonates for
150% more damage if no other hostile hero is withing explosion range.
- Reloading: If
3 Icicles hits the same hero in a row, a
4'th free Icicle will be fired at the same hero, regardless of his distance from
Modara.
- Rune of Power: Create a
Rune on the ground that covers 8 Range. As long as you
remain within the rune, you will deal
200% more ability damage. The rune lasts for 10 seconds.
Cooldown: 45 Seconds.
Level 16
/
- Icy Reach: Increases the
travel distance of
Ice Orb by 75% /
Increase the range at which you can cast Frost Bomb by 75%
/
- Chilled Bones: Targets
rooted by
Frost Nova / Ice Nova takes
30% increased damage for the root duration.

- Splitting Ice: If a hostile hero get's hit by
Frost Nova / Ice Nova - said hero will
emit a Frost Nova / Ice Nova again which has
half the function of the original Nova. This will affect the hero the furterest away from you if multiple heroes are affected.
- Cold Snap: Instantly
heal for 35% of your total health and
cut of 6 seconds on any cooldown you currently have.
Cooldown: 60 Seconds.
Level 20
- Eternal Storm: Comet Storm can now be channeled forever but you will become
revealed to the enemy team when you do so and it will cost
4% of your total mana per second after the initial 10 seconds.
Comet Storm can no longer be cast while within the
Nexus Home.
- Queen of Ice: Ice Form lasts for 20 seconds. Abilities deals
125% more damage. The
pulse ticks each 0.25 second and the
slow is increased to 25% for 1.5 seconds.
- Glacial Spike: Replaces Icicles with Glacial Spike.
Glacial Spike can only be launched when you have
5 Icicles. This
Spike can be fired from
40 Range. Bypasses anything in it's path. Deals damage equal to
50% of the targets total maximum health and
breaks immunity effects. The Spike takes 8 seconds to cast and the selected hero can see it around them once
Modara starts casting it. The
Spike travels at an ever increasing speed. The
Spike will deal
1189 (+ 4% per level) damage to any target which it passes trough until it reaches the main target.
Mana: 110
Cooldown: 180 Seconds.
- Teleport: Nexus Home: Instantly teleport back into your
Nexus Home.
Cooldown: 90 Seconds.
