Your active effect is also determined by your current ability in use. Each Active shares a cooldown of 15 seconds, starting after the effect ends.

Prismatic Beam
Passive
Mohandar's damage passively increases by 25% for every second spent firing, stacking 4 times. This fades after 3 seconds without firing, 1 stack per .25 seconds.

Active
Activate to increase Mohandar's damage to structures by 100% for 5 seconds.

Destruction Beam
Passive
Every attack chains to 2 more targets. Increase this by 1 for every 1 second channeled attacking, stacking up to 4 times. Fades after 3 seconds without firing, 1 stack per .25 seconds. These extra targets take 10% less damage from the beam for every previous target.

Active
Activate to make your Auto Attacks do ~75% more damage to minions for 5 seconds.

Your auto attacks increase your passive attack range by ~10% per, stacking up to 5 times. This fades after 3 seconds without firing, 1 stack per .25 seconds.

Activate to increase your attack speed by ~25% for 5 seconds.

Passively deal AoE damage around your target. Your damage passively increases by 12.5% for every second spent firing, stacking up to 8 times. This fades after 3 seconds without firing, 1 stack per .25 seconds.

Activate to have your attacks deal 2.0% of the target's health per auto attack for 5 seconds.

Secondary Alignment
Upon activation of this ability, choose an alignment; Passively gain 50% of its effects at all times, including the activated effect. This includes the stacking effect of that beam. 10 second cooldown.

(How it works: Press the (1) key(Or whatever key it happens to be); select (Q), (W), or (E); Gain the effects mentioned(Cannot effectively give yourself 150% of the benefit; must choose a different alignment.).

Heroic Abilities

Prismatic Cannon
Channel for 1.5 seconds, before unleashing a large beam of energy in target direction, which lasts for 2.5 seconds. (Shown with a targeting beam; similar to Hinterland's blast, yes.) 80 second cooldown.
The beam deals 75 damage every .25 seconds
Depending on the active 'Alignment' of your weapon, do a bonus effect;
Prismatic
The beam applies a stacking 5% slow, stacking up to 5 times. Apply a stack every 2 damage ticks, which fade 2 seconds after the beam stops hitting the hero.
Destruction
Increase the beam's width by 25%
Range
Increase the beam's length by 50%
Overcharged
Increase the beam's damage by ~50%

Intensified Beam
Activate to double your attack speed, and increase the effect of your current 'Alignment's passive by 50% for 8 seconds. 80 second cooldown.

Intense Alignment: Increase the number of stacks each Alignment's passive can hold by 50%.
Powered Blast: Increase the effect of the Alignment's actives by ~50%.
Warp Ten: Warp Speed now gives you a 60% speed increase for 6 seconds.

I'mma firin mah lazor!: Double the effects granted by the current alignment(On the Cannon), and deal 50% more damage.
Aligned Power: Now passively grants 25% of every other Alignment's passive/active(Only grants the active effects while the primary active effect is enabled.) effects while active, and lowers the cooldown by 20 seconds.
Overcharged Beam: Add a new Alignment to your beam options(See 'Overcharged Beam', secondary abilities.)
Secondary Alignment: Gain the ability to use two Alignments(See 'Secondary Alignment', secondary abilities.)

Clarification

This hero does not do ability damage, besides 'Prismatic Cannon'. Hitting (Q), (W), or (E) will change the passive and activateable effects of your trait[(D)]. The swap is instant, any stacks of one passive will switch into stacks for the new passive, and the activateable effects will instantly swap as well.

My reasoning for this is my wish for more new heroes that all play differently; every other hero comes with base Ability Damage, so why not one that doesn't? It may not seem very good, but with better balancing(From people who are actually good at that..), I'm sure it'd be fun to play.
