Moira

A flexible Healer that keeps her team alive through long periods of fight.

Equal parts brilliant and controversial, scientist Moira O'Deorain is on the cutting edge of genetic engineering, searching for a way to rewrite the fundamental building blocks of life. Though O'Deorain will go to any lengths to make scientific breakthroughs, her work is still unknown to most of the world. But now that she has been freed from all constraints, it is only a matter of time before everything changes.

Biotic Overflow
After the healing abilities of Moira expires, allies that were affected are healed for 90(+4% per level) health over 2.5 seconds.

Passive: Moira is healed for 75% of the damage she deals with Basic Attacks, additionally grants 2 Energy.

Primary Abilities

Biotic Grasp
4 Energy Cooldown: 1.5 seconds
Channel over an area to expend Biotic Energy to heal allies for 40(+4% per level) health every 0.25 seconds, Moira can move while channeling and can be toggled to cancel and re-activate on a new area.

Biotic Orb
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Moira launches a rebounding biotic sphere; she can choose between a healing effect that heals allied Heroes or a damaging effect that damages enemy Heroes, the Orb's usage depletes over time.

The healing effect heals allied Heroes for 375(+4% per level) health over 4 seconds. The damaging effect damages enemy Heroes for 275(4% per level) damage over 4 seconds. Activate trait to switch between orbs, the Orb lasts 5 seconds.

Fade
Cooldown: 15 seconds
Moira is unrevealable, protected and increases her movement speed by 100% for 0.8 second.

Cooldown: 75 seconds
Moira channels a long-range beam that heals allies for 60(+4% per level) health every 0.25 seconds and damages enemies for 45(4% per level) every 0.25 seconds, Moira is healed for 75% of the damage dealt and can move while channeling.

Amelioration
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Target an ally to grant them powerful effects from Moira's next Abilities and Basic Attack damage, lasts for 15 seconds or until removed.

Allies affected by Amelioration healed by Biotic Grasp is instantly healed for 160(+4% per level), removes Amelioration afterwards.
Allies affected by Amelioration healed by Biotic Orb is instantly granted 200(+4% per level) Shield for 2 seconds, removes Amelioration afterwards.
Allies affected by Amelioration while Moira uses Fade, grants them Stealth for 3 seconds, removes Amelioration afterwards.
Allies affected by Amelioration while Moira is dealing Basic Attack damage heals them for 100% of the damage she deals for 3 seconds, removes Amelioration afterwards.

Tier 1

Science will reveal the truth


Deal Basic Attack damage to enemy Heroes.
! Reward: After dealing Basic Attack damage to enemy Heroes for 200 seconds, her Basic Attack range is increased by 0.5 and deals 25% more damage.

Biotic Dispatch


! Quest: Dealing Basic Attack damage while Biotic Orb is active, permanently increases its duration by 0.01 second, up to 3 seconds.
! Reward: After gaining 3 seconds of additional duration, Biotic Orb can be re-activated while it's active to go to another direction, it also no longer depletes.

Biotic Grasp range increased by 15%.

Tier 2

Structure Enhancement


After channeling Biotic Grasp for 2 seconds, allies that are healed gains 10 Armor and for 2 seconds after.

Debilitating Grasp


After 1.5 seconds of dealing Basic Attack damage to the same enemy Hero, they deal 20% less damage, while they're being damaged.

Experimental Treatment


Cooldown: 60 seconds
Active: Activate on an ally to grant Unstoppable for 0.6 second at the cost of 60 energy.

Tier 3

Orb Transition


While Biotic Orb is active, its effect can be switched once per Biotic Orb.

Flowing Grasp


Moira can move while dealing Basic Attack damage but her movement speed is reduced by 25%.

Energy Overflow


Biotic Grasp healing is increased by 20% after healing for more than 2 seconds.

Biotic Split


After Biotic Orb expires, it then splits into two smaller Biotic Orb that heals for 60% less and damages for 60% less, lasts for 4 seconds.

Biotic Solvent


Biotic Overflow also applies 65 (+4% per level) damage over 5 seconds to Moira's damaging abilities.

Extended Flow


While an enemy Hero is being hit by Biotic Orb, Moira's Basic Attack range is increased by 30%.

Tier 6

Biotic Orb damaging effect deals an additional damage to 0.75% of an enemy Hero's maximum health.

Biotic Fusion


While dealing Basic Attack damage, Biotic Overflow healing increased by 40%.

Enigmatic Transition


After exiting Fade, Biotic Orb cooldown recharges 100% faster for 4 seconds.
Passive: Fade cooldown reduced by 3 seconds.

Tier 7

Coalescence Overflow


Allied Heroes above 65% Health are healed for 25% more, while enemy Heroes below 35% health takes 25% more damage.

Amalgamation


Amelioration now has two charges and its cooldown reduced to 10 seconds.

Enigmatic Coalescence


If Biotic Orb heals or damages, it reduces Fade's cooldown by 0.15 seconds.

Transfusion


Moira can store the damage she deals with Basic Attacks as additional healing over 3 seconds to Biotic Overflow, up to 120(+4% per level)
