Equal parts brilliant and controversial, scientist Moira O'Deorain is on the cutting edge of genetic engineering, searching for a way to rewrite the fundamental building blocks of life. Though O'Deorain will go to any lengths to make scientific breakthroughs, her work is still unknown to most of the world. But now that she has been freed from all constraints, it is only a matter of time before everything changes.
O'Deorain has a negative view on Overwatch, claiming that it was responsible for stifling scientific advancement for decades. She has no interest in world conquest (though is willing to work with those who might have such a goal, but is rather simply interested in humanity. She is a geneticist first and foremost, and that's the scope of her ambition. With very flexible morals, O'Deorain always wants to plough on ahead with her research, and has no patience for those who urge caution or restraint.

Channel a long-range beam, healing allies for 140 health every second, and dealing 70 damage every second to enemies for up to 5 seconds. The direction of the beam changes with your mouse cursor position, and the damage bypasses enemy shields.

1. Biotic Grasp ! Quest: Heal Heroes for 50 seconds with Biotic Grasp ! Reward: After healing ally Heroes for 50 seconds, Biotic Grasp now lasts up to 6 seconds.
2. Biotic Orb ! Quest: Damage and Heal Heroes with Biotic Orb ! Reward: After healing Heroes with Biotic Orb 60 times, increase the maximum amount of times it can heal by 5. ! Reward: After damaging Heroes with Biotic Orb 60 times, increase the maximum amount of times it can damage by 5. ! Reward: After healing and damaging Heroes with Biotic Orb 75 times, reduce it's cooldown by 4 seconds.
3. Fade
When Fade is used to teleport through terrain, reduce the cooldown by 4 seconds and refund 40 mana.

Biotic Orb's healing grants Heroes 15% movement speed while being healed, and for 2 seconds after. Biotic Orb's damage slows heroes by 15% while being damaged, and for 2 seconds after.

Biotic Orb's healing grants Heroes 20% Spell Power while being healed, and for 2 seconds after. Biotic Orb's damage reduces heroes Spell Power by 20% while being damage, and for 2 seconds after.
3. Biotic Orb
Biotic Orb's healing grants Heroes 30 Physical Armor while being healed, and for 2 seconds after. Biotic Orb's damage reduces heroes Physical Armor by 30% while being damaged, and for 2 seconds after.

1. Biotic Energy
When Moira is Stunned, Silenced, Rooted, or Taunted, heal yourself for 40% of your maximum health over 8 seconds, and deal 207 damage to nearby enemies. Can only trigger once every 30 seconds. Can be toggled to allow or prevent this talent from triggering automatically.
2. Biotic Grasp
Reduce the duration of stuns, slows and roots against heroes by 50% while being healed by Biotic Grasp.
3. Fade
Fade now grants nearby heroes invulnerability for 2 seconds.
