Moira (V.2.1)

Genealogy Specialist

Uses her abilities to heal her allies and damage the enemy. Her skill comes from good positioning of her abilities.
Feed back is most appreciated, im not the most in touch with heroes so if some of the numbers and stats seem OP or under powered tell me and ill fix them, and point out any spelling mistakes and if something isnt clear ask me and ill try to explain.

Combat Trait

Biotic Potential
Moira is able to switch between two modes Regeneration and Degenerate while in Regeneration Her health regeneration is doubled and she gets 10% more healing from healing globes. While in Degeneration Her basic attack dose 5% more damage. She gets healed for 8% of damage done to hero’s with her basic attack in both modes.

Primary Abilities

Biotic Grasp
After a 1 second cast time moira well Channel a short ranged beam in a line in front of her Dealing 60(+4.0%) damage a second over 3 seconds to the first hero it hits, it will bypass minions but still deal damage to them or healing Ally hero’s in the beam for 125 health per second over 2 seconds. It can be cancelled in both modes after being channeled for 1 second by hitting [Q] again.

Biotic orb
Shoot an orb that travels in a straight line when it hits terrain it will bounce off and have 100% more speed for 2 seconds. It will slow down when near enemies or allies . All enemy heros take 50(+4.0%) damage per second when near the orb. It will last for 12 seconds. It can do a maximum of 150(+5.0%) damage to one hero. And 550(+5.0%) Maximum Damege before ending. or Heals her and all Ally hero’s around the orb for 75(+5.0 per level) per second. The orb will last for 10 seconds. It can heal a maximum of 225(+15.0 per level) to one hero and a maximum of 1125(+75.0 per level)

Cooldown: 20 seconds. The cooldown will start from when the orb is cast not from when it exspires

Radius of effect (from the orb): 2.5

Fade
Become invisible, gain 75% more speed, become unstoppable for 1.5 seconds and can not use other abilities or basic fire. Can’t be canceled.

Heroic Abilities

Coalescence
Moira takes 1 second to cast the ability. She then channels the ability for 5 secounds shooting a long beam infront of her. The beam deals 123 (+4.0%) damage per second to enemies and heals allies for 254 (+3.5%) health per second. She Can’t move while using this but can move the beam around her.

This ability is not effected by Biotic Potential. ( with exception to talents)

Cellular reconfiguration
Moira targets an enemy that enemy will take 435(+4.0%) over 2 seconds and for the next 5 seconds they only receive 10% of healing done to them and take 10% more damage. Moira is healed whenever they take damage equal to the 10% extra damage. or if shes in Regeneration She can target a ally (same range in both modes) healing them for 50% of their maximum health over 8 seconds and will get 5 Armour. Moira will be healed for 20% of her maxium health if her Ally doesn't die while under the effect of Cellular reconfiguration

LVL 1 Talents

[Q] Science will revel the truth:
[Passive: Biotic Grasp Is 25% longer.

Quest: Hit a enemy hero with Biotic Grasp 20 times. (Hitting a hero multiple times in one cast while reward you and still count)
Reward: Biotic Grasp cost no mana while in Degeneration mode, and half mana while in Regeneration mode.

[Q] Improve with science: Quest: use Biotic Grasp in Regeneration 10 times in a row without using it in Degenerate.
Reward: Increase the healing from Biotic Grasp by 10% and when used on ally heroes give them 12% damage resistance from spells for 3 seconds

[Passive] Evolving lance: Quest: Collecting Regeneration Globes grant 0.2% more spell power.
Reward: After gaining 2% more spell power you now gain 1.2% more spell power per Regeneration Globes.

[Trait] De-Evolution: Every Consecutive basic attack against a enemy non-structure unit will increase its damage by 5%, up to 150%.

LVL 4 Talents

[E] Shadow figure: Moira well remain invisible after using Fade for a extra 2 seconds

[E] Volt figure: Fade cost no mana and you get increased range of vision while using it.

[E] Blood figure: When you get a kill on an enemy hero Fade refreshes its cooldown and for 3 seconds is empowered, giving her Twice as much speed.

[E] Lovely figure: Be healed for 5% of your maximum health after Fade expires.

LVL 7 Talents

[Active] Vile Flask: Moira throws a flask on the ground all enemies in the radius will take damage equal to 5% of their maximum heath over 3 seconds. 150% more damage to all Non-Hero units.

Repeatable Quest! Each enemy killed while Vile Flask is applied to them empowers the next vile flask. Dealing 5% of the targets maximum health.

[W] Volly shot: Biotic Orb also increases ally movement speed by 25% while there in range of a Regeneration orb. Increase the speed and radiu of a Regeneration orb by 25%.

[W] crippling genetics: Degenerate Biotic Orb will explode when it expires dealing 350 (+4.0%) damage to all nearby enemies.

[Q] Give me more: Increase the range of Biotic Grasp by 20% in both modes. and while in Degenerate mode it will hit the first two enemy heros

LVL 13 Talents

[Passive] Safety googles: After using a basic ability gain 12% damage resistance from basic attacks for 5 seconds. This effect stacks.

[W] Cooling systems: If your Biotic Orb expires from using it maximum heal or damage before it times out, its cooldown is set to 7 seconds.

[Trait] Blackwatch experience: The healing effect from your basic attacks is doubled if the target is under 60% of there maximum health.

[Trait] Dream of haven:Repeatable Quest: Be in Regeneration mode for 60 seconds.
Reward: Have a increase the healing form all your spells by 10%. Bonus lost On death or when you switch modes

LVL 16 talents

[Active]/[W] Love your work: Instead of a cooldown this ability is active when you have done 2000(+4.0%) damage and 2000(+4.0%) healing with your Biotic orbs.

Moira and all frendly allies in 5 range of her get 100% more healing and 20 Armour for 5 seconds.

[Trait] Head of genetics: When you contribute to take down a enemy hero, their body will instantly explode for 546 damage (+4.0%) to any enemies around them.

[Q] Fully empowered: You can move while using Biotic Grasp but the direction you face is locked, and your Unstoppable while channeling it.

[Q] Devolving cells: Each second a enemy hero is in a degenerate Biotic Grasp they are slowed for 12% the effect ends when Boitic Grasp finishes its channel. Biotic Grasp last for 1.5 seconds longer in both modes.

LVL 20 Talents

[R1] Surender to my will!: While in Regeneration, Coalescence will heal allies for twice as much and give them 10 Armour while they are in the beam.
