The Oracle

Morgl is a ranged and unconventional Warrior with strong battlefield control, and the ability to tank by proxy. He can easily set up burst for allies, or mitigate the damage they take.

Combat Trait

Astral Projection
Morgl channels indefinitely while controlling a duplicate of himself at a target location with long range. He shares health with the duplicate but it takes 25% reduced damage, has relentless, and can cast spells and make basic attacks as normal. Morgl's projection also counts as a hero for capturing objectives, watchtowers, and mercenary capture points. If Morgl (the original, not the projection) is stunned, he loses his projection. His projection also cannot leave a wide area around himself.

While channeling Astral Projection, Morgl has a sleep animation.

10 second CD, after channeling ends. Mana - None, but no mana is regenerated while active.

Primary Abilities

Stoneclaw Totem
Morgl creates a Stoneclaw Totem at a target location. 100% of damage dealt to nearby allies is redirected to the Stoneclaw Totem. Lasts 2.5 seconds. Damage Morgl takes is always redirected to the Stoneclaw Totem no matter how far away he is from it. Stoneclaw Totem has 310+4% health.

Thing from Below
Morgl summons the Thing from Below at his current location, and facing the mouse. It takes 0.75 seconds for it to surface, and it remains for 5 seconds. It does not attack, but this ability can be reactivated to make it lunge forwards, dealing 221+4% damage and knockup in a fairly wide line with 4 range. The Thing from the Deep can be killed before it can lunge (500+4% HP), and is affected by crowd control including knockbacks and pulls.

Tidecall
Morgl creates a totem at his location. After 0.5 seconds, it turns into a wave around his that slowly expands in all directions with decent range. It deals 130+4% damage, halved vs minions, and inflicts a 60% slow that decays over 2 seconds.

Heroic Abilities

Lightning Storm
Morgl channels for 2 seconds, becoming unstoppable for the duration. At the end of the channel, all enemies within a wide area nearby are struck by lightning, taking 255+4% damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds.

Murloc Might
Morgl calls upon the power of the Old Gods after a 1 second delay. He teleports to the location of his Astral Projection, if applicable, and becomes Cho'Gall sized. For 5 seconds, he takes 80% reduced reduced damage and cannot cast abilities, but he continuously cleaves the area in front of him every second, pushing enemies backwards slightly and dealing 123+4% damage. The last strike is an overhead strike that deals 246+4% damage with +200% knockback.

Talents

Level 1:

Far-Sight: Reveal an area on the map for 2 seconds. Enemies revealed by this ability that were not visible before gain Vulnerable and are revealed for 4 seconds. 50 second CD, global range.

Astral Shift: Teleport your Astral Projection up to 6 units away after a brief delay. 45 second CD.

Astral Shield: Your Astral Projection starts with a 200 (+4% per level) point shield that lasts up to 20 seconds.

Level 4:

Big Totem: Stoneclaw Totem has +20% HP and radius

Tsunami: All enemies within range of the Stoneclaw Totem take 125+4% damage when it is placed

Amplified Healing: All healing effects have +50% value.

Level 7:

Splashback: A second, untalented Tidecall is cast at the initial location after a 4 second delay. The second wave only slows for 40$, and deals no damage.

Nightmare: Casting Astral Projection on a location roots enemies in melee range for 1 second.

Deep March: Thing from Below walks forwards while alive.

Level 10:

Level 13:

Overload: Activate to make your next basic ability have +50% ability power, but you are silenced for 4 seconds after casting it. 20 second CD.

Frost Shock: Basic attacks against heroes freeze the target, rooting them for 0.75 seconds. This ability has a 10 second CD, with the cooldown being reduced by 1 second every time you make a basic attack.

Everyfin is Awesome: +20% ability power and +10% health

Level 16:

Cleansing Totem: Stoneclaw Totem cleanses all allies in range of CC and makes them unstoppable for 0.5 seconds.

High Tide: Tidecall expands 40% farther, and 20% faster.

Writhe: Thing from the Deep pulls the furthest enemy hero hit into melee range when it attacks.

Level 20:

Thunderclap: Lightning Storm silences enemies and slows them by 40% for 4 seconds after the stun ends.

Furor of C'thun: While Murloc Might is active, you can leap to a new location once. This will extend the duration by 1 second.

Safety Net: If your Astral Projection takes lethal damage, it is destroyed, but you are healed for 210+4% HP.

Earthen Shield: Damage that Morgl takes while a Stoneclaw Totem is active is halved. Stacks multiplicatively with Astral Projection's damage resist.
