The Oracle

The power of the elements can only be mastered by the most dedicated of wills. There is one shaman whose abilities surpass all others. By the call of destiny and Maelstrom Portal. Now in the Nexus ,Morgl the Oracle comes to spread his word of wisdom!

"Mrrgl mrrgl mrrrrrrrgl. Mrrrrrgl! Mrgl!"


English is not my main language. i may write something very very wrong around here. i'll very gladly and thankful for everyone help about it. XD

Morgl is a melee specialist hero that can summon his familiar to aid his favor. with the right combination, he can be tank, DPS, healer, pusher and of course jack of all trade. it's depend on how you build this hero. that's mean he's kind of complicate and hard to use too. well, he's a murloc so his base stat are very very low like the little Murky.

Morgl has 3 different Heroic Ability that you can choose at the lvl1talent. each of them will grant you a different unique third energy (except from health and mana) that will differ the play style your choosing

UNITE THE MURLOCS Gave your heroic ability MAELSTROM PORTAL and a special energy called SHAMAN QUEST : Malestrom Portal is all about summon and summon the murloc to fight for you, and each time you do that the SHAMAN QUEST gauge will steady rise and rise. when it reach it peak, you can use it to summon THE MEGAFIN, the legendary murloc that as strong as a punisher! to fight! for you!

JADE CHIEFTAIN Gave your heroic ability JADE CLAWS and a special energy called JADE ENHANCEMENT : Jade Enhancement is a gauge that will rise slowly every time you summon jade golem. for each point in Jade Enhancement will make you and jade golem(that you can summon with Jade Claws) get stronger. that's all, but simple is the best isn't it?

TOTEMCARVER Gave your heroic ability TOTEMIC CALL and a special energy called TOTEMIC MIGHT : this one is all about complicate way to dealing spell dmg. because the totem you summon from Totemic Call(and other secondary ability that can summon totem too) can use the same primary ability that you're using! that's not all. the Totemic Might is a gauge that can increase your spell power up to 120% it downside is that it's a flexible gauge that goes up and down by the number of totem type around you, and totemic call can summon up to 4 type of totem depend on what the last ability you used. well... i have said that it's the most complicate one....

I just add all the talent and all familiar statistics. but morgl statistics himself and all secondary ability part is not complete yet.... well.... i'm gonna try to update that soon. Hope you guys like it. XD

Combat Trait

Spirit Echo
Passive

When your Health reach 0 but your current Mana left more than 15% of your maximum mana. Instead of Takendown, Drain Mana 3% for each second into Health, you'll become invulnerable and have tripled movespeed til this process end.

Range: Half of Chromie's Sand Blast

Shot a fire blast to the target location, dealing 180(+4% per level) damage to all enemy in range.

Earth Shock (W)
Active
Cooldown: 5
Mana: 30
Range: Same as Muradin's Thunder Clap

Deal 35(+4% per level) damage every 0.5 seconds to nearby enemies for 2 seconds. Slow enemy for 10% while taking dmg by this skill.

Range: Same as Sylvanas's Withering Fire

Shoot the nearest enemy for 230(+4% per level) damage and silence for 2 second.

Heroic Abilities

Range: Same as Nazeebo's Corpse Spider


Open the portal at the target location. Spawns 3 Ranged Murloc that move on there own's to attack enemy's Core.

Passive

You gain the special energy called "Shaman Quest" that start at 0 and increase by 1 for each Murloc you summoned. Doesn't have the maximum cap.

When it reach 100. there will has a portal crack at your core. Use 100 Shaman Quest point to activate the portal to summon the Megafin that move on there own's to attack enemy's Core. Megafin is the legendary murloc that enpower every murloc and Morgl. Can't have more than 1 Megafin at the same time.

Totemic Call
Active
Cooldown: 12
Mana: 45
Range: Same as Nazeebo's Corpse Spider


Summon a Totem at the target location. Every Totem will use the same primary ability as you use at the same direction but only 20% damage. The type of Basic Totem depend on the last skill you used.

Passive

You gain the special energy called "Totemic Might" that start at 0% and will amplifying your ability damage by 16% for each type of Totem in range. As same as x2 of Chromie's Sand Blast range.

Jade Claws
Passive

You gain the special energy called "Jade Enhancement" that start at 0% and increase by 1% for each time you summon Jade Golem. Increase yourself and all Jade Golem attack damage and maximum health by that percentage. And grant armor to itself and nearby allies unit with enough Jade Enhancement point too.

Automatically summon 1 Jade Golem per 15 second at your side. Jade Golem is a melee summon that has an armor aura and move on there own's to attack enemy's Core.

TALENT LEVEL 1


[R] Unite the Murlocs
Gave your heroic ability "Maelstrom Portal" and special energy "Shaman Quest". Full description is on Heroic Ability part.

[R] Totemcarver
Gave your heroic ability "Totemic Call" and special energy "Totemic Might". Full description is on Heroic Ability part.

[R] Jade Chieftain
Gave your heroic ability "Jade Claws" and special energy "Jade Enhancement". Full description is on Heroic Ability part.


TALENT LEVEL 4


[R] - Jewelcrafting
Automatically summon 1 Jade Golem per 20 second at your side. Grant 20% move speed to nearby Jade Golem. Same radius as Johanna's Condemn.

[Secondary] - Ice Fishing
Place a frozen floor on the ground that work after 2 seconds. Root the enemy hero that walks over it for 2 seconds. after the effect wear off, spawns 2 Frost Murloc the ranged murloc which have an ability to slow enemy unit by attack.

[Secondary] - Hot Spring Guardian
Heal all friendly unit at the target location by 10% from max health. Then conjure 1 Hot Spring Guardian at target place. A slow but tough elemental that also healing nearby allies. Same cast range as Nazeebo's Corpse Spider. Same radius as Johanna's Condemn.

[W] - Frost Shock
Earth Shock Slow for 30% instead of 10%.


TALENT LEVEL 7


[W] - Lava Shock
Decrease Lava Surge cooldown for each second and each enemy hero take damage by Earth Shock.

[Secondary] - Primalfin Totem
Place a Primalfin Totem which automatically summon 1 Melee Murloc per 6 second.

[E] - Lightning Bolt
Increase Crackle range by 70% and can piece though the main target.


TALENT LEVEL 10


[R] - Jade Lightning
Your Heroic ability also deal 250(+4% per level)(+1% per Jade Enhancement) in an area then summon 1 Jade Golem at that point too. The same AOE as Kael's Flamestrike. If your Heroic Ability is a passive, turn it into active that has 12 second cooldown, 45 mana cost and same range as Nazeebo's Corpse Spider.

[R] - Ancestor's Call
While there's at least 1 enemy hero in your vision radius and you have more than 50% mana. All your Heroic ability recharge faster by 33%.

[R] - Lingua Franca
Grant you 5% move speed, 10% armor and 15% mana regen for each type of Morgl's familiar in your vision radius. Morgl's familiar divide in to 5 type Merloc, Totem, Jade Golem, Elemental, Dragon. Which mean this skill can buff up to 25% move speed, 50% armor and 75% mana regen.

TALENT LEVEL 13


[D] - Jade Spirit
When Spirit Echo is activate, summon 1 Jade Golem at that point.

[Secondary] - Totem Golem
Summon 1 Totem Golem at the target location. A Totem familiar that can move and attack on there own.

[Secondary] - Cryostasis
Target Morgl or Morgl's familiar to make it Stasis for 7 second. Restore 25 Health(+4% per level) to all nearby friendly unit. Global cast range.

TALENT LEVEL 16


[Q] - Volcano
Create the Ritual Ring at your Altar. Fill the ritual by deal 12,000 damage using Lava Surge. Once it full, you can activate it to deal 7,500(+4% per level) dmg split among all enemy unit except heroes and core. The first ritual include damage so far.

[Secondary] - Healing Rain
Channel to restore all friendy unit health by 15(+4% per level)(+20% each second channelling) up to 12 second. Pay 40 mana for each second you channelling. Global range.

[R] - Call in the Finishers
When enemy hero in your vision radius health below 20%. Call 4 Assassin Murloc to attack that heroes. Hunt that heroes til it die or have more than 20% health. Call in the Finishers activation has a 18 second cooldown.

TALENT LEVEL 20


[D] - Reincarnate
Activate while dead to immediately respawn at that point with 33% health and mana. Reincarnate activation has a 60 second cooldown.

[D] - Elemental Destruction
While Spirit Echo Activating. Deal 3 damage per mana drained to all enemy nearby. Same range as Johanna's Condemn.

[Secondary] - Everyfin is Awesome
Call 60 murloc at your base. Separate run equally in each lane to attack enemy's Core.

[Secondary] - Stable Evolution
Change 1 of Morgl's familiar into Azure Dragon. A strong dragon familiar with an ability to amplify Morgl's unit spell damage and use the same ability as you're using. Global Cast range.

Morgl's Familiars Statistics

Morgl's familiar divide into 5 types. Murloc, Totem, Jade Golem, Elemental and Dragon.
All of them has no time and amount limit to summon. And alway walking to attack your enemy base. (except assassin murloc which target the enemy hero with lower 20% health first. and almost every totem that can't walk)

Murloc is the less powerful one of all type of his familiar. but have the most potential while being together.

Totem make you a tremendous potential as a mage by using all your basic ability at the same direction you do with 16% damage.

Jade Golem is plain as rock. The most common and strongest at the same time. Jade Golem can be summon by Talent1.3, Talent2.1, Talent4.1 and Talent5.1

The only Elemental you can use is Hot Spring Guardian which can only be summoned by Talent2.3, the main purpose of this familiar is to healing your legion to fight for you

You can use the Dragon by Talent7.3, by change one of your familiar into Azure Dragon which can amplify all spell damage and even use the same basic ability you're using
