Starting energy is 200 and does not increase throughout the match, activate to rapidly regain energy for as long as Mothership Core is not taking damage.
Primary Abilities

Time Warp
after .5 seconds, create a field in the target area slowing the movement of enemy heroes by 20% while they are within the field, lasting 2 seconds

Cloak Generator
decrease own armor by 25 and cloak nearby allied heroes, draining 30 energy per second while active.

Wormhole
after 2 sec channel time, transport to any allied Structure.

Mothership
Transform into the Mothership, gaining 100% increased basic attack damage, new abilities and increased health for 20 seconds
q- Time Bomb, after .5 second delay, create a large rift in time, slowing enemy heroes by 20% as long as they are in the field lasting 3 seconds
w- Cloaking Field, cloaks nearby allied heroes, draining 30 energy per second until toggled off
e- Mass Recall, roots allied heroes for 2 seconds while channeling, and after the root, teleport all allied heroes to location of mothership

Black Hole
Bend the Laws of Space/Time creating a large singularity at target location, dealing (level 10) 69 damage per second and slowing enemy heroes by 40% for 4 seconds

Fleet Beacon- Increase time bomb slow to 35%, cloaking field now drains 20 energy per second, reduce channel and root time of mass recall by .25 seconds for every allied hero recalled.
Unstable Singularity- increase size of black hole by 25% and slow in center is now 60%
Additional Generators- increase maximum energy by 100 and reduce cooldown of Psionic Well by 10 seconds
Purifier- Mothership Core now has the same basic attack as the Mothership and basic attacks slow targets by 5% for 2 seconds.
Cool concept I think but without any kind of healing/shielding it probably wont work as viable support. Maybe trait could give shield to allies or something.
