Combat Trait

Fishing
Pagle is able to fish from the Wells and destroyed Wells still leave a pool of water to fish from, these are used by him to fish out 1 out of 4 different kind of fishes to enhance his abilities for 3min. Fishing takes 8 seconds, you gain a stack(20) of Fish, stacks are lost upon death.

The Fish stack replaces Mana for Pagle and Mana Restoring abilities restore 1 fish per 10% Mana of what the ability restores.

Fishing after catching a stack will replace it, if Bigger Fishing Bag has been chosen the stack getting replaced is random.

You cannot have 2 of the same Stack.

Primary Abilities

WHACK!
Pagle slaps his target with the fish, consuming 1 fish, effect depends on what fish you are holding.
6 second cooldown.

Octopus: Suction Slap, hits the target for very low damage 4 times in quick succession 2 seconds and will keep the target in place.

Anglerfish: Angler Bite, hits the target once for a high amount of damage.

Man o' war: Sting, hits the target once for low damage leaving a moderate damage-over-time for 4 seconds.

Lobster: Pincer, hits the targets once for medium damage, also hits 2 additional targets for 20% of the targets damage.

Toss!
Pagle throws the current fish at his target debuffing them, consuming 1 fish, effect depends on what fish you are holding.
6 second cooldown.

Octopus: Suction Cups, this will stop the target from moving for 0,5 second and slowly give the target back its movement over 3 seconds 30%/60%/90%.

Anglerfish: Angler Light, throw the angler fish at targeted location for vision, lasts 4 seconds. If the throw hits an Enemy Hero blind them, reducing their vision, lasts 4 seconds.

Man o' war: Jelly Mine, throw the Man o' war at the targeted location, lasts 4 seconds, if step upon this will sting the target for low damage and leave a moderate damage-over-time for 4 seconds.

Lobster: Pincer Aura, the lobster sticks to the target and tries to pincer enemies around it. lasts 4 seconds.

Pagle throws his hook at the enemy target and slowly starts to reel them in. lasts 3 seconds.

Mash the button to reel in faster.

12 second cooldown.

Heroic Abilities

Toss to Ally
Enables your Toss! to be targeted on Friendly Heroes.

Octopus: Suction Cups, this will make the target immune to knockback and hooking effects. lasts 3 seconds.

Anglerfish: Angler Light, this will increase the targets vision for 4 seconds.

Man o' war: Jelly Armor, lasts 4 seconds, if hit by Melee while having this it will sting the target for low damage and leave a moderate damage-over-time for 4 seconds.

Lobster: Pincer Attacks, basic attacks will now hit 2 additional targets for 25% of the target damage. lasts 4 seconds.

Bigger Fishing Bag
You may now hold 2 kinds of Fish at the same time, mixing the effects together, abilities now consume 2 Fish per use, increases the amount of the stack to 30.

This will take the Highest Damage from one stack and Effect from the other.

If Whack! mixed with Octopus it will spread the Damage across the 4 quick hits.

Visuals

Pagles currently caught fish should be visible in his hands, Stack 1 in his Right Hand and Stack 2 in his Left Hand.

Very basic concept, dont take Cooldown Numbers too seriously as the abilites themselves lack a final Heal/Damage Number a correct Cooldown cant really be decided.
