1. Touch of Darkness W : quest : basic attack heroes while Vampiric touch is on them 35 times.
reward : basic attacks increase the DoT duration of Vampiric touch by 1 second per attack.

2. Forgotten Writtings : quest : Kill 20 minions with Shadow Word : Pain and Vampiric Touch to reduce all ability cooldowns by 1 second.
quest : Kill 50 minions and your Void seed will also Summon 1 Shadowfiend in addition to Voidlings and Shadowy apparitions when activated. Maximum of 2 shadowfiends,1 from each ability.

3. Void Knowledge : Regeneration globes grant you 5 Insanity when collected.
quest : collect 20 regeneration globes to cause Shadow Word : Pain to reduce healing recieved on the target by 20%.

level 4

1. Sinister thoughts E : Increase Void bolt damage by 15%.

2. Void mine D : You can now spawn 1 Voidling every 7 seconds at the cost of 4% of your max HP , can be toggled on and off.

3. Cold Hit Q : Shadow Word : Pain slows the enemy on impact and expiration by 80% for 1 second.

level 7

1. Mental Fortitude W : If you are at max health Vampiric touch grants you a sheild instead of healing for 4 seconds.

2. Shadow Shell : Entering and exiting Voidform gives you a sheild equal to 40% of your maximum HP for 3 seconds.

3. Void Armor : You gain 1 spell armor for every 4 Insanity you have.

level 13

1. Unleach the Shadows E : Void Eruption creates 1 Shadowy Apparition on every enemy hit by the explosion, these do not count as extra summons and last only for 4 seconds.

2. Vampiric Scream W : If terminated , Vampiric Touch fears both the cleanser and the main target.

3. Power infusion : Inscrease the damage of all your non heroic summons by 50% but reduce your ability power by 10% and basic attack damage by 20%.

level 16

1. Shadow Mania : If you strike an enemy affected with Shadow Word : Pain with 2 Void Bolts the target is stunned for 1.5 seconds.

2. Deaths Claws : If both Shadow Word : Pain and Vampiric Touch are on the same target your basic attacks will deal 60% more damage to it.

3. Power connection W : Shadowy Appariations damage is increased by 100% and they generate 1 Insanity per attack.

level 20

1. Void Origins R1 : Psyfiend can also enter Voidform with Natalie and use Void Bolt.

2. Driven to madness R2 : You gain 5 Insanity everytime you basic attack an enemy or take damage during or out of Voidform.

3. Mania : You move 1% faster for every 5 Insanity you have.

4. Shadow Word : Pain slows the enemies attack speed by 10% every damage application and the debuff expires 0.5 after Shadow Word : Pain ends.
