Tier 1 Talents

Claw Mastery (Passive)

Every third Basic Attack generates 1 charge which will reduce the damage of the next Basic Attack against you by 25%. Stores charges. While Natalya has 2 charges, Basic Attacks deal 25% more damage.

Dragon Tail (E+)



Dragon Flight delivers an explosive kick, dealing 50% damage in a small area around primary target.

Staggering Kick (W+)

Knockback distance of Dragon Talon increased by 10% per charge consumed. Additionally if enemies collide with terrain they are stunned for 0.50 seconds.

Conjurer's Pursuit (Passive)
 


Collecting Regeneration Globes permanently increases Mana Regneration by 0.1015 per second.

Tier 2 Talents

Blade Shield (Active)
Cooldown: 60



Surrounds Natalya in spinning blades, dealing 18 (+3 per level) damage per second to nearby enemies and reducing Basic Attack damage against her by 50%. Lasts seconds.


Trap Recovery (W+)

Traps that expire without being destroyed refund 25 Mana.

Elemental Master (D+)

Improves your Phoenix Strike Charge-Up attacks:
Fire - Call down a meteor, striking a small area at the point of Natalya's attack after a 1 second delay, stunning enemies for 0.25 seconds.
Thunder - Increases targets hit by 2.

Ice - Icicles erupt from the point of attack, applying the slow to nearby enemies.

Roundhouse (W+)

Dragon Talon now strikes in an arc. Additionally, Each enemy hit reduces Dragon Talon cooldown by 0.5 seconds, up to a maximum of 4 seconds.

Gathering Power (Passive)



Passively grants 5% Ability Power. Each Hero takedown increases this bonus by 2% to a maximum of 15% . This bonus Ability Power is reset to 5% on death.

Tier 3 Talents

Improved Sentry (Q+)

Lightning Sentry has 20% increased damage and 30% increased range. Additionally, the trap now penetrates and hits all enemies in its path. 

Wake of Fire (Q+)

Charged Sentry now fires waves of fire that hit enemies in a wide swathe, but deals 20% reduced damage. Additionally, Lightning Sentry ignites minions and structures dealing 12 (+2) damage per second for 2 seconds.

Tiger Strike (D+)

Increases Charge-Up charge damage bonus to 25% and reduces combo points required to trigger trait effects to 3.

First Aid (Active)
Cooldown: 60 seconds

Activate to heal 35.49% of your max Health over 6 seconds.

Tier 4 Talents

Burst of Speed (Passive)


When Natalya fall below 50% Max Health, she gains 25% movement and attack speed for 5 seconds. Can only occur once ever 60 seconds.


Fade (Passive)

When Natalya falls below 50% Max Health, she reduces the duration of crowd control effects and ability damage taken by 50% for 5 seconds. Can only occur once ever 60 seconds.


Blade Fury (Q+)

While Lightning Sentry has no charges, reactivate the ability throw a spinning blade, dealing 18 (+3 per level) damage and slowing the first enemy hit by 20% for 2 seconds.

*retains 60 mana cost, range, and 1 second internal cooldown

Pummel (W+)

Dragon Talon can hold 2 charges and Interrupts channeled abilities.

Cobra Strike (E+)

Dragon Flight steals 15 (+0.1 per level) Mana per charge expended.

Tier 6 Talents

Executioner (Passive)


Basic Attacks deal 40% more damage against slowed, rooted, or stunned targets.

Rapid Deployment (Q+)

Reduces Lightning Sentry cooldown by 1 second and you can now store 4 charges.

Apex Predator (E+)


Dragon flight now grants a shield equal to 20% Max Health for seconds. Additionally, Dragon Flight refunds 1 Combo Charge.

Overdrive (Active)
Cooldown: 25 seconds


Activate to increase Ability Power by 25% and Mana costs by 40% for seconds.

Tier 7 Talents

Shadow Master (R1+)


Your shadow clone now mimics your abilities with 50% reduced damage.

Nightmare (R2+)


Clock of Shadows lasts 2 more seconds and enemy heroes outside the sight radius of an allied enemy hero are Vulnerable (receive 25% increased damage).

Venom (Passive)



Natalya's Basic Attacks and Finishing Moves cause enemy hero abilities to recharge half as fast for seconds.

Bolt of the Storm

Cooldown: 40 seconds


Activate to teleport to a nearby location.

Another point: I would raise her attack speed to 1.67 per s (Valla/Illidan) and decrease her basic dmg to 30 (Illidan). Otherwise, you can not make really much use of your trait and I assume she would become a one-hitter with all the dmg boosts your build contains. Not proof, would have to be tested^^

Btw, would be closer to the original's attack speed. 1,20 feels really slow. Even slower than unbuffed Tyrande or Kerrigan (both 1.25).

Really like your concept, sounds very interesting to play^^

For her as a mage slayer I would maybe add Spell Shield on Lvl 13. Or maybe make your own Spell Shield out of Fade (has to be activated) and add the CC reduction to Burst of Speed. Burst of Speed btw would be nicer if it would trigger on activation, too (can be activated even if stunned). 60s CD is enough, I don't think the talent would get OP.

Fade could grant invisiblity for 3 seconds and invulnerablity to the first ability dmg taken (so she won't be decloaked on the first hit). CD like 60s, primarily activated to avoid high ability dmg with a tactical use.

Would offer a tactical choice depending on whom you have to counter. But you have to decide wether it is still close enough to the original or not;o)
