? Shuriken Mastery (Reworked)
! Quest: Hit enemy Heroes with shuriken.
! Reward: After hitting 35 Heroes, Shuriken's damage deals an additional 1% of their Maximum Health.
! Reward: After hitting 70 Heroes, Shuriken's recharge 100% faster when It has no charges.
? Strike At the Heart (Reworked)
! Quest: Hitting enemy Heroes with Swift Strike.
! Reward: After hitting 5 Enemy Heroes, Increases its range by 1.1 and Reset duration by 0.5 seconds.
! Reward: After hitting 10 Enemy Heroes. Enemies hit by the end of Swift Strike take an additional 135 damage.
Level 7
? Augmented Guard (Reworked)
When Deflect ends, Genji Heal for 50% of the damage blocked over 3 seconds.
? Cyber Shield
Spell Armor increase from 50 to 60.
Duration increase to 4 seconds.

Cooldown reduces from 7 to 5 seconds.
Disable while Deflect activating.

Enemy Heroes who being afflicted by Reaper's Mark reduce Their Healing Received by 20%.

Enter an enemy Hero who is afflicted by Reaper's Mark for 2 seconds. Upon ending, deals damage equal to 50% of their missing Health. It can be reactivated to dash away early to the chosen direction. Cooldown: 90 seconds Mana 100

Gain 10 Physical Armor per Hero afflicted by Reaper's Mark. up to a maximum of 50.

Reduce Soul Rip's cooldown by 0.5 seconds. Each enemy Hit increase Next Soul Rip's damage by 5%.
?Memento Mori -Rework-
Reaper's Mark deals 25% increased damage. Doubled with enemies being afflicted for more than 4 seconds.
Level 20
? Angel of Death -Rework-
Now If Last Rites Kill The Target, Its cooldown is reduced to 10 seconds and refund all mana cost.
Passive: Last Rites Heals for Malthael 100% of the damage dealt.

? Advance Critical Strike [W] -Rework-
Active to cause Next Basic Attack within 8 seconds will be a Critical Strike and Splash for 100% damage around the target. This Does not break Wind walk.
Passive: Samuro's and his Image deal a Critical Strike on every 4th Basic Attack, dealing 50% increased damage. Cooldown: 10 seconds

Cause a Bladestorm of destructive force around Samuro for 3 seconds, dealing 180 damage per second to nearby enemies. Bladestorm heals for 25% of the damage dealt. Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Critical Strike deals 25% more damage to the main target, doubled with Advance Critical Strike and Slows their movement speed by 20% for 1.5 seconds.

damage increase from 35 to 40% of His basic Attack.

Cause a Bladestorm of destructive force around Samuro for 3 seconds, dealing 180 damage per second to nearby enemies. Bladestorm heals for 25% of the damage dealt. Cooldown: 30 seconds.

The number of Mirror Image increase by 2.(these don't count toward Mirror Image and can't be controlled by Illusion Master)
Level 20
? Dance of Death -Rework-
Bladestorm applies Critical Strike for each 4th hits. Dealing 50% increased damage and reduce Cooldown of Bladestorm by 5 seconds. Passive: Mirror Image also use Bladestorm when Samuro does, but for 20% damage.

Summon a Scythe that Travels to Xul after 1 second, dealing 180 damage to enemies and slowing them by 20% for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 9 seconds Mana 55
? Cursed Strike [W] -Rework-
Curse an enemy target, reduce their Damage Dealt and their Attack Speed by 30% for 4 seconds. Passive: Xul's 3rd Basic Attack deals 30% more damage in a wide area. Cooldown: 12 seconds Mana 60 Range 6.5
? New Ability ? Haunting Charge [E]
Charge forward to the target enemy. Stuns them for 1 second and creates a shockwave cone behind the target that deals 150 damage and knocking enemies away.

For Illidan, I think the idea of him having reduced vision instead of being blinded is super cool and unique. However, I do think that this would be taking away his greatest weakness in many situations. Even with his vision greatly reduced, he can still attack. This would mean that if he were able to single out, lets say, a Lili, theres not as much she could do as now. While she can reduce his vision range a lot, she can no longer stop him from hitting her.
thanks for your comment. I've considered about Illidan. He so strong now but i think i will change some thing about The Vision problem Maybe lost vision instead of it is also greatly reduced.I hope it's better
